It was amazing that he could talk with anyone on a live TV telecast and argue his point. Advising clients on investment choices seemed to be even more ridiculous. But it turns out to be true.

Irvin Rosenfeld was diagnosed with a rare bone disease called hereditary multiple exostoses (HME) at the age of 10. The pain from the bone tumors, usually non-cancerous, irritating skin and muscle tissue could only be made manageable with dangerously addictive narcotic prescriptions. Medical marijuana turned out to be a much better solution, and eventually the federal government was supplying him medical marijuana to manage his pain.

Arizona Mom Still Fighting to Get Her 5 Children Back From the State 2 Years After Accident

Arizona mother Aprilli Coumpy is still fighting to get her five children, ages 2-17, back from the state. We published her story a year ago.

Her children were taken away by the state of Arizona after her baby was accidentally burned. Her 6 and 7 year old daughters wanted to fix breakfast for their tired mommy and surprise her. They accidentally spilled some of the noodles onto the baby’s leg.

The second degree burn was reported to child protective services by a day care worker the next day. When the burn occurred, Aprilli called her pediatrician’s office and followed the nurse’s instructions for dressing it. She also scheduled a follow up appointment with the doctor according to the nurse’s instructions. The day care worker decided to take the baby to a doctor on her own and CPS swooped in taking all of Aprilli’s children into foster care for two years now.

Is Your Water Being Polluted by Big Pharma Chemicals?

A recent study by the US Geological Survey (USGS) has found that a startling number of American streams carry traces of drugs. The researchers sampled 59 small streams in the Southeast for 108 different pharmaceutical compounds, and one or more chemicals were detected in every sampled stream. Steams tested positive for six chemicals on average.

Among the most common drugs found in the streams were acetaminophen (Tylenol), lidocaine (a pain reliever), tramadol (an opioid pain reliever), fexofenadine (an antihistamine found in Mucinex and Allegra, among others), and metformin (a type 2 diabetes drug).

The contamination of our environment with pharmaceuticals is increasingly problematic. Not only are they in our drinking water, they’re in our food supply as well.

Biosolids—a euphemism for human waste—are being pushed on unsuspecting farmers by local or state governments as a cheap fertilizer alternative, even though they can be riddled with drugs and personal care products and are rarely if ever tested for these substances. California Family Traveling Through Texas Loses Children to CPS After Autistic Daughter Drowns in Accident

Local Texas media has been reporting the story of the Wartena family, who recently had been returning to California from vacation and stopped in Texas along the way. Tragically, their oldest daughter who was autistic wandered away from their hotel and drowned in a nearby lake. Wandering or “eloping” is a common issue parents of children with autism are familiar with.

Local police intervened and the parents’ other four children were immediately taken away by Texas social services and held for over a week. On one of the visitations, the parents noticed that one of their children had bruises all over his body, as he had suffered in foster care. Thanks to local media’s coverage of the situation, CPS quickly returned the other children and the parents went on their way back to California.

POTS is a condition in which an excessively reduced volume of blood returns to the heart after an individual stands up from a lying down position. The primary symptom is lightheadedness or fainting.

This once active young girl can now barely walk. Her mother says the vaccine robbed her daughter of her life.

The stories we have published in regards to Alabama DHR’s apparent attempt to destroy the Prince family have been read by hundreds of thousands of people, with the first story we published having well over 1 million views alone. Given the population of Alabama, it is safe to assume that the majority of the residents are familiar now with this story. When people walk into retail stores, stop to get gas, etc. – everyone is talking about this story and has heard about it.

Alabama DHR Continues to Destroy Family of 14 Year Old Rape Victim

“They just make it up as they go along.”

That is what more than one person told Health Impact News about Alabama Shelby County DHR’s treatment of the Prince family. Friends of the family were horrified when DHR seized the baby of Dee and Rodney Prince’s 14 year old granddaughter in June. While the man accused of raping her sits in jail accused of raping 3 other underage girls, the young mother and her twin brother have also lost their freedom and remain in DHR custody.

The latest developments have the family reeling. Their older sister Haly and both of the 14 year old twins continue to suffer at the hands of Shelby County’s Child Protective Services, under the Department of Human Resources (DHR).

FDA Finally Admits Raw Cheese Not Dangerous

For more than a decade, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has had an undeclared war on raw milk cheese, until [last] week, when the FDA finally beat a retreat.

At the conclusion of its latest assault against raw milk cheese–a research study of more than 1,600 cheese samples to test for pathogens–the FDA made this remarkable admission:

“The data collected by the FDA indicate that the prevalences of Salmonella and pathogenic Shiga toxin- producing E. coli are relatively low and similar to the contamination rates in many other foods.”

I added the emphasis, just to highlight the significance of that statement. The FDA has never before gone so far as to suggest that a raw-milk product is as safe as “many other foods.” Instead, the FDA and its buddies at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) have gone out of their way to foment fear about raw milk products of any kind, warning people not to consume them under any circumstances.

Gardasil Vaccine Protests in Colombia: Parents Lock Schools and Make Progress on Negotiations

Last week, the parents of hundreds of girls experiencing new medical conditions after Gardasil administration blocked classes in educational institutions by padlocking the entrances to local schools. These families claim hundreds of affected girls have been left without treatment for two years while the government refuses to acknowledge the HPV vaccine could be causing serious side effects. They were asking to be heard by national, departmental and municipal health authorities.

After a four day stand-off, government authorities decided to convene a working group to try and address the problem. The Governor of Bolivar, Mr. Dumek Turbay, organized a face-to-face meeting with representatives from the affected families, President of the Association Reconstruyendo Esperanza (Rebuilding Hope), Monica Leon Del Rio acting as the families’ spokesperson and the Colombian Minister of Health, Alejandro Gaviria, in the city of Cartagena de Indias (Colombia). Governor Dumek Turbay promised parents and students they could attend a meeting with the Minister to review the implementation of commitments previously made by the Government with the young people affected, including comprehensive and specialized medical treatment.

The world will be watching to see if the Colombian government lives up to their promises to the hundreds of families Attorney Monica Leon Del Rio is representing in their battle to obtain adequate medical treatment.

Father Convicted in Non-Vaccinated Child Death Released From Jail on Bail

Being in jail was an interesting experience to say the least. Even though I had no access to sunlight, the fresh food I am accustomed to, direct human contact and recreational activities… the food was actually better than expected, the officers (guards) were quite nice and the reading material was good. Unfortunately, the individuals that suffered most by my being in jail was first and foremost, my children and then subsequently, Collet.

Having an overabundance of time to read and write, I was able to write much of my feelings and respond to the glaring fallacies that have been disseminated over the past 4 months. Formerly Healthy Twins Now Wasting Away in Michigan Care for 2 Years After Allegedly Trying Marijuana

The Odonnell twins were healthy teenage girls before they went into Michigan state custody 2 years ago at the age of 13. They were talented athletes who participated in national cheerleading and gymnastic competitions. Now, their mother is literally afraid for their lives. Laura Dalton reports that her girls are very ill, but the state seems to be neglecting their medical care. Since they were taken from their home, Abbie has developed anorexia, and Alexis has bulimia – both serious eating disorders that are wreaking catastrophic damage on their bodies.

They got into some trouble, but their family wants to know when the state of Michigan will stop punishing them. Their time away from home and from each other has taken a huge emotional and physical toll on the twins. However, instead of working to get them the help they need, the state seems intent on punishing them even more. At the last court hearing, Laura was told that the girls are to be sent to a facility in Boys Town, Nebraska. All visitation has been cut off, and she is no longer being given information about their condition.

Laura is terrified for her daughters, who are now 15 years old. What she wants more than anything is for them to get the medical care they need.

California Kidnaps Elderly Brother of Medical Malpractice Attorney

The words of Jonathan Sussman haunt his sister Nancy who came to Medical Kidnap with his story. In another adult kidnapping and elder abuse story, Nancy has lost custody of her brother to the State, which has allegedly committed him to a dementia facility.

It seems Jonathan is a genius who attended Harvard. He later would graduate with an honors degree in Mathematics from San Diego (even after his teenaged diagnosis of bipolar disease).

Nancy, a prominent medical malpractice attorney who was rumored to be retired by the courts which is causing her a loss in status and clientele, was and still is Jon’s POA (power of attorney), but Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, California has allegedly ignored her along with the courts in her pleas for Jon’s release.

Nancy believes the reasons behind what she describes as “Jon’s retirement to a dementia facility” are due to her career as an attorney in which she won her clients over 33 million dollars in awards for medical-malpractice. She, in fact, sued the same Scripps Mercy Hospital on behalf of several clients, and won.

Thomas More Law Center Files Federal Lawsuit Against Michigan for Denying Parental Rights to Vaccine Exemptions

The Thomas More Law Center (“TMLC”), a national nonprofit public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, MI, has filed a federal lawsuit against State and County officials and employees seeking to stop a State-sponsored religious inquisition of parents who have religious objections to State vaccination requirements.

TMLC brought the law suit on behalf of Tara Nikolao, a devout Catholic, registered nurse, and mother of four. Mrs. Nikolao objects to vaccines manufactured from aborted fetal cells and other vaccines on religious grounds. Her lawsuit claims that government employees violate the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment, the religious protections in Michigan’s Constitution, and a Michigan statute when they subject parents to detailed interrogation about their religious beliefs.

When Mrs. Nikolao explained that she had a religious objection to vaccines, the health department employees demanded that Mrs. Nikolao explain her actual reason for objecting. Despite Mrs. Nikolao’s repeated insistence in the face of berating questions from State employees that her personal religious beliefs did not allow her to vaccinate her children—a belief that the Michigan legislature enacted a statute to protect,—the health department employees would not accept her religious objection and insisted that no religions object to vaccines.

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (“MDHHS”) instructs local health department employees to implement this religious examination and inculcation by providing county employees with a document to “teach” parents their faith. The document entitled “Religion” is used as a tool by county health departments to coerce and trick parents with religious objections to vaccines into vaccinating their children.

Foster Boy Risks Retaliation: Speaks Out Regarding Abuse and State Kidnapping in Alabama

Trevar Hotaling is 18 years old and has allegedly been in the Alabama foster care system, under the control of Alabama DHR (Department of Human Resources) in Shelby County, for over two years.

Trevar posted a video to his Facebook page on July 18th regarding abuses within Alabama DHR, and the video quickly gained hundreds of viewers. He recorded it at 2:40 a.m. because he has problems sleeping at night. He uploaded it to YouTube, and then did a second video.

Trevar states that the reason he is making these videos is because there are many kids in Alabama DHR that “do not deserve to be taken from their families.”

Trevar admits that he is scared to speak out, like all foster kids, and that he will probably get into trouble for posting the videos.

“It’s worth it. Because if I don’t speak up, who’s going to speak up for these kids?”

“So hopefully somebody will find these videos that can actually help us. Somebody who has the power to stand up for the kids, for the families, for the parents that can’t say nothing or do nothing to change.”

“Just remember every kid is a check. Every kid is a ton of money (for the State).”

Man Given Months to Live with Brain Tumor Rejects Chemo for High-fat Ketogenic Diet - Doing Well 2 Years Later

The science behind the high-fat low-carb ketogenic diet has been around for years. It is a special diet originally developed at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the 1920s as a cure for childhood epilepsy. A diet that is still used today, some children can become seizure free or nearly seizure free on the ketogenic diet, where drugs often fail.

1-Hour Old Newborn Baby Kidnapped at Kentucky Hospital because Parents Refused to Take Parenting Classes

Ausia and Jarvis had their 1-hour old newborn breastfed baby removed by Kentucky Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) on Friday 7/15/16 from the Medical Center of Bowling Green. The family has been fighting for the return of their other 2 children which have been in foster care for over 2 years, based on what they believe are false Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) allegations. The parents claim they are innocent, and refuse to take parenting classes which they believe would be an admission of guilt.

The mother explains:

“I was able to breastfeed my child after she was born for 30 minutes & I was able to hold her for an hour after she was born. They took her to the on-call pediatrician and sent me to a postpartum room after delivery. I was on medications that had made me sleepy so I kept her in the nursery until I could get an hour of sleep to be able to be up with her. Jarvis came and called the nursery to bring her to our room, an hour passed and still my baby hadn’t been brought back. I called and asked for my child, 30 minutes passed and they still hadn’t brought my baby to me.

I paged the nurse and asked her to call the nursery. 20 minutes passed and 3 officers came in along with SSW and her 2 supervisors. The SSW, Kaitlyn, said there was an emergency removal order for my baby girl. I was devastated and honestly sick to my stomach.”

Now the state is threatening to place the newborn in foster care, and telling the new mom she will not even get visits with her new baby girl. She has not been allowed to even pump breastmilk to be bottle-fed to her daughter. The complete prevention of bonding and immediate separation of the child from the parents leaves the family wondering if a quick adoption is the goal of DCBS for their newborn daughter.

Lawsuits Against HPV Vaccines Mounting In Japan

Unlike the U.S. where people who suffer from vaccine injuries and deaths cannot sue the drug manufacturers who enjoy legal immunity from the harm caused by their products, women in Japan have started taking legal action against the pharmaceutical companies that produce the HPV vaccine, which includes Merck’s Gardasil and Cervarix manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline. The Japanese government has withdrawn their support of the vaccine, and hence they are named in the lawsuits as well.

How counter-intuitive can one get? Everybody knows marijuana users get the “munchies,” which are usually satisfied with high calorie low nutrient foods. It’s also somewhat accepted by mainstream oncology that cannabis curbs chemo patients’ nausea and boosts their appetites.

Yet studies demonstrate that even recreational pot users have a considerably lower incidence of obesity and metabolic syndrome, which often leads to diabetes 2.

Yet, the DEA Controlled Substance Schedule 1 rating for cannabis of dangerous, addictive, and without medical merit stands as of this writing. Apparently, the Justice Department that governs the DEA is trying to protect the pharmaceutical industry, not ordinary citizens.

Parents’ Constitutional Rights Not Allowed for Discussion in Texas CPS Reform Hearing

Texas has a corrupt child protection services that abuses children, and it needs to be overhauled with a new one. That was the ruling of a federal judge in Texas who wrote:

Texas’ PMC (Permanent Managing Conservatorship) children have been shuttled throughout a system where rape, abuse, psychotropic medication, and instability are the norm.

So the current session of the Texas legislature is discussing changes, but apparently the Constitutional rights of parents is not a topic that is being allowed into the discussion, according to this report from Briebart.com.

Vaccines Injuries and Deaths Increase in Government Vaccine Court - June 2016 Report

Every day, people in the United States are being injured and killed by vaccines, and those numbers are increasing. This is a fact that is not in dispute, as the Department of Justice’s quarterly report on vaccine injuries and deaths clearly demonstrates.

And yet, the government’s official public statement about vaccines is that they are safe and effective, and should be mandated for all people. Any opinion or presentation of facts to contradict their position is vigorously suppressed and censored in the mainstream media all in the name of “public health” for the “greater good.”

The American public is largely unaware that there is a vaccine court known as the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). This program was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines. If you or a family member is injured or dies from vaccines, you must now sue the federal government in this special vaccine court. Many cases are litigated for years before a settlement is reached.

Once every 3 months the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines meets, and the Department of Justice issues a report of cases settled for vaccine injuries and deaths. As far as I know, Health Impact News is the only media source that publishes these reports each quarter.

The most recent report was issued on June 3, 2016 which covered the period from 2/16/16 to 5/15/16 had 206 cases adjudicated. 116 of them were listed in the report, specifying the vaccine, the injury or death, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement.

85 of the 116 cases settled were for injuries and deaths due to the flu vaccine, making the flu vaccine the most dangerous vaccine in the U.S., harming and killing more people than all the other vaccines put together.

CDC Executive Resigns After Being Caught Colluding With Coca-Cola to Salvage Soda Market

For many years now, health advocates have warned people about the connection between sugary drinks and obesity, and the message has slowly but surely started to take hold.

U.S. soda sales have dropped 25 percent since 1998, no doubt due to successful public health advocacy, and this makes the current scandal all the more scandalous, as it’s an attempt by a high-level health official to undo all the work that’s already been done to protect the public health. According to USRTK:

“Alex Malaspina was able to ask for and receive regular input and guidance from a top official at the … CDC on how to address actions by the World Health Organization that were hurting the food and beverage industry.

The emails … reveal that … Bowman … tried to help Malaspina find inroads to influence WHO officials to back off anti-sugar talk. Bowman suggested people and groups for Malaspina to talk to, and solicited his comments on some CDC summaries of reports …”

Surprisingly, Bowman had the good sense to immediately vacate her post once her betrayal of the public trust was exposed.

GMO Bill Passes Senate: Law Would Exempt 99% of all GMO Food from Being Labeled

Angry Parents in Colombia Shut Down Schools, Lock Gates in Protest Over HPV Vaccine Injuries

Today when hundreds of children of Carmen de Bolivar were to resume classes after day holiday midyear, they found their schools closed by several groups of parents of girls who are being affected after being vaccinated by the vaccine against human papilloma virus (HPV) in this Bolivarense municipality.

With banners and padlocks, parents blocked the educational institutions to demand that the government respond on more than 1,000 cases of HPV vaccine injuries.

2 Year Old Minnesota Native American Child Killed in White Foster Home - Biological Family Outraged

Local media in Minnesota is reporting that a 2 year old Native American child originally from the Fond du Lac Reservation was found dead in her foster home last month (June 2016). The foster father has been charged with two counts of second-degree manslaughter, and has a previous criminal record.

“This didn’t have to happen. This little girl didn’t have to die. She should be right here with her parents at this time,” said Patti Larsen, a family spokesperson.

Larsen, who serves as the Sacred Hoop Coalition Director, was shepherding 2-year-old Kira Friedman’s case through the St. Louis County Court system on behalf of the little girl’s family, and believes her death was preventable.

“The maternal grandmother identified numerous people who would be potential placements for the child,” she said.

Larsen wanted to ensure Kira was placed in a Native American home. Therefore, she says the County let this child down when they removed her from a Native foster home, and placed her with a white foster family in Duluth.

Gates Foundation Funding Global Vaccine Program - More Powerful Than Government

Bill Gates is reported to be one of the richest individuals on Earth, with a current net worth of $87.4 billion. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), founded in 2000, is the largest private foundation in the world.

A recent report released by a U.K. based organization, Global Justice Now, closely examines the BMGF operations and reveals that the foundation’s influence on global health initiatives is greater than any other donor country including Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Ireland and Italy. However, unlike democratic governments who are accountable to their electorates, the BMGF is a private foundation that essentially remains unaccountable to populations impacted by the foundation’s social reform and public health initiatives, with the exception of tax reporting requirements.

In 2015, the BMGF contributed 11% of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) entire budget, with much of that being funneled through the Global Alliance for Vaccine and Immunization (GAVI) program. GAVI is an international organization committed to “improve access to new and underused vaccines to children in low-income countries.”

Since 2000, the foundation has contributed $2.5 billion to GAVI. Interestingly, according to the Global Justice Now report, “members of the GAVI board always include companies in the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, which involves GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Novartis, and Pfizer, among others.”

Newborn Kidnapped Baby of 14 Year Old Alabama Mother to be Force Circumcised Against Wishes of Family

Baby Braelon has been scheduled to be circumcised on Tuesday, against his mother’s wishes, according to the Save Braelon’s Family Facebook page. Social workers are also reportedly demanding that his mother breastfeed him every 2 hours around the clock, and they are waking them up in the middle of the night to do so.

While the young mother was still in Shelby Baptist Medical Center with her baby, Dr. Ashley Duke Gooding allegedly asked the mom about circumcising her baby. After the mother sought information on the pros and cons of the procedure, Dr. Gooding allegedly told her that it was entirely her choice as to whether or not to circumcise Braelon. Staff informed her that it was primarily a cosmetic procedure without medical benefits.

When she informed the staff that she chose not to circumcise her son, Dr. Gooding allegedly praised her, saying that she had made a good decision for her baby.

However, now that both the mother and her son are in DHR care, an appointment has been scheduled for the baby to be circumcised on Tuesday, July 12, one day before he is a month old.

It was on Wednesday that the baby was released from Children’s Hospital after becoming gravely ill. Yet, less than a week later, DHR wants to subject him to being circumcised. Why?

CDC Admits Failure of Flu Vaccine - Vaccinated People Die of Influenza

Quarterly reports issued by the Department of Justice for settlements made for vaccine injuries and deaths in the federal vaccine court clearly show that the flu shot is the most deadly vaccine in the U.S.

The rationale for tolerating injuries and deaths due to the flu vaccine is that of “the greater good” and the belief that the vaccine saves more lives than it destroys. This is a theory, sadly, that has never been proven.

Last month (June 2016) the CDC admitted that the live attenuated influenza vaccine known as “FluMist” is not effective, and was not recommended for the 2016-2017 flu season.

Shortly after this announcement, a family in Utah went public with their story, explaining how their 8-year old daughter died from influenza, even though she had been vaccinated with FluMist. They had trusted the CDC and their flu recommendations, but now they have lost their daughter.

As Dr. Brownstein writes, while admitting the failure of FluMist is a good first step, it is not nearly enough. Every single flu vaccine needs to be honestly examined and removed from the market if they are not effective.

Is 14 Year Old Mother Being Held Prisoner and Denied Legal Counsel After DHR Kidnapped her Baby?

Health Impact News spoke with Lisa Chasteen, the attorney who has been retained by the family to represent Braelon’s mother and her twin brother, and Chasteen has some concerns about recent developments in the story, as she attempts to provide legal counsel for the twins.

Due to the long holiday weekend, the attorney could not file a notice of appearance with the court until Tuesday, but as of the time of writing this update on Wednesday July 6th, she has still not been able to file her notice of appearance.

When Attorney Chasteen attempted to talk with the young mother at the hospital, the DHR attorney reportedly refused to allow her to speak with her, denying the mother her right to counsel. The DHR attorney communicated to Chasteen that they are not the ones limiting visitation with the young mother, stating that it is the hospital’s policies and procedures which are limiting the visitors.

Health Impact News phoned the hospital and inquired about the visitation policy. We were told that visitation is from 9 am to 9 pm, but that it may be limited either by the parents, the doctor, or DHR. According to the Patient’s Bill of Rights, visitation may be limited “when Children’s (Hospital) is aware of an existing court order restricting contact.”

There is no such court order, and the family has not restricted visitation. However, the attorney for the twins reports that family and loved ones have been threatened and restricted in visiting and supporting the mother.

GMO Bill Vote Scheduled: Law Would Exempt 99% of all GMO Food from Being Labeled

Last week, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) gave lawmakers a technical assessment of the GMO labeling bill, outlining a number of contradictions and loopholes contained in the bill. The FDA pointed out that the definition of “bioengineering” wasn’t broad enough and could allow some processed foods to evade a label because they wouldn’t contain genetic material even though they stared from genetically modified foods. For example, oil made from genetically engineered soy may not require a label, since the final product wouldn’t contain genetic material.

This is a real concern. Depending on the amount of GMO content the USDA decides will qualify a food for a label, respected food research groups have estimated that 99% of all GMO food could be exempt from labeling.

Pennsylvania Health Department trying to Mandate HPV Vaccine for all 7th Grade Boys and Girls

In what appears to be an unprecedented move, the Allegheny County Health Department (Pittsburgh) is considering a MANDATE that would REQUIRE all 7th grade boys and girls to receive the HPV VACCINE before being admitted to school. Given that the HPV (Human papillomavirus) is sexually transmitted, not contagious in a school setting, and already available to anyone who wants it, this proposed mandate is totally unnecessary for the health of school children.

At a recent public meeting organized by the Health Department, numerous medical professionals spoke in favor of the HPV vaccine mandate. It has since been discovered that several of the speakers have conflicts of interest related to vaccine manufacturers that they failed to disclose.

The Allegheny County Health Department has asked for comments by July 7, and based on the public response, a report will be made to the Allegheny Board of Health on July 13. The Board will make a recommendation on whether or not to proceed with the mandating the HPV vaccine through the regulatory process for the 2017-2018 school year.

A California Father Pleas for Justice: Wheelchair-bound Son Kidnapped and Allegedly being Tortured in State-care

Earlier this year, Medical Kidnap covered the story of Nate Tseglin, a wheelchair bound young man diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome who was removed from his parent’s care by the state of California against his will and the will of his family and then allegedly force-medicated with various drugs.

In a heartfelt plea for justice, Ilya Tseglin, father of wheelchair-bound Nate Tseglin, exposes what he and so many others believe to be the slow debilitation of his son by chemical dependency during his conservatorship by Orange County Regional Center (OCRC) and what Ilya describes as their vendor, NOM (No Ordinary Moments).

The Tseglins are outraged at what has happened to their son since he was kidnapped by Orange County authorities.

Michigan Family Court Judge Found to have Abused Power on the Bench in Parental Custody Cases

A controversial Michigan family court judge has been found to have abused her power on the bench.

The Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission has found that Judge Lisa Gorcyca abused her contempt of court power when she sentence three children from the Tsimhoni family to juvenile hall for contempt of court after they refused to have lunch with their father. All three stated repeatedly that their father was an abuser, a charge their father, Omer Tsimhoni, denied.

New California Vaccine Law Being Challenged in Court

California’s controversial new vaccination law, SB277 which is scheduled to go into effect this month (July 2016), has been challenged in court. SB277 became the first law in the United States to remove the philosophical and religious exemption for childhood vaccines, thereby completely removing parental choice in any decisions about vaccinating their children as a requirement for attending school. Only two other states do not have philosophical or religious exemptions (and apparently never did), Mississippi and West Virginia.

Consumer Advocate Tim Bolen of the BolenReport reported on the new lawsuit filed in California, where parents and non-profit organizations are suing the State of California Department of Health, Department of Education, three school districts, and one County Public Health Department.

Newborn Alabama Baby is Now Sick in the Hospital While Under DHR Care After Being Taken from 14-year Old Mother

Declaration of Independence: Freedom to Refuse Vaccines

Every summer, Americans celebrate the 4th of July to mark the day in 1776 when the American colonies agreed they would no longer be ruled by an aristocracy. The Declaration of Independence begins with, “We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights.” That Declaration was a rejection of oppression by a ruling aristocracy and the pledge that this country would uphold the unalienable natural right to life and liberty that belongs to every person.

240 years later, we find ourselves again fighting for freedom from oppression because we have allowed the rise of a new ruling aristocracy, an elitist class of privileged citizens who want the legal right to judge, shame, segregate, discriminate against and punish fellow citizens who do not share their beliefs. Nowhere is this truth more self evident than in the oppressive implementation of one-size-fits-all mandatory vaccination laws that fail to respect biodiversity or human rights and crush citizen opposition, in violation of the informed consent ethic and freedom of thought, speech, conscience and religious belief.

When a ruling aristocracy uses the heel of the boot of the State to create fear and oppress average citizens for their beliefs, there is no other word for it but tyranny. The appropriation of unaccountable authority by medical trade and the militarization of public health in the 21st century should be of concern to every person who values life and liberty.

Federal GMO Labeling Law Seeks to Preempt State GMO Laws

It’s mandatory labeling in name only. It discriminates against the poor. And it is clearly a gift to Big Food.

For weeks now, Sens. Pat Roberts (R-KS) and Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) have been working on a GMO labeling bill that would pre-empt Vermont’s mandatory labeling law. Late last week they finally reached a compromise, and it’s not good.

The bill requires the labeling of packaged food containing GMOs in one of three ways: an electronic code that consumers can scan; a USDA-developed symbol; or a label. The bill leaves it to manufacturers to decide which of the three methods they prefer.

Now guess which method Big Food will choose? We have no doubts that they will choose the electronic code that can only be read with a scanner. They know that few will want to do this and even fewer will be able to.

Father Convicted in Non-Vaccinated Child Death in Solitary Confinement Due to Threats in Prison

David and Collet Stephan of Alberta, Canada, were sentenced after the widely-publicized death of their son Ezekiel and subsequent court trial. Some supporters of the family openly wept when David was sentenced to 4 months in prison, but many of those same reporters were relieved that Collet will not be imprisoned, but will be under 3 months of house arrest. The sentiment is that, “At least she will get to be with her children.”

After a back and forth bout with the croup and flu-like symptoms in 2012, court testimony showed that the 18 month old little boy seemed to bounce back before suddenly taking a turn for the worse. As Health Impact News has previously reported, there was a great deal of expert testimony and evidence presented that demonstrated that the child would most likely be alive today were it not for serious failures on the part of the medical system.

Because of the negative press, theirs is a high profile case. David is in solitary confinement and told his wife that he didn’t see the sun for 5 days.

The rumors and twisting of the facts in the media have endangered David’s life, Collet told Health Impact News. Her husband is in solitary confinement out of fear for his safety after the media has painted him as a monster instead of the kind, loving father that he is.

Gardasil: Sharing the Carnage with Boys

In 2014, at the age of 18 and a half, Zach was a first semester full-time college student and worked a laborious job roughly 30 hours a week. His life was on track, he was social, active and happy. Zach swam like a fish in the water with a body built for track who walked miles almost every day.

In early October that same year, Zach sustained an ankle injury which placed him out of work while he recovered. During this October 3rd appointment for his ankle, he was talked into a flu vaccination. October 13th, Zach returned for a follow up and was talked into accepting the Gardasil and meningococcal vaccines. It was shortly after this that the first phase of his health decline began.

I have watched my only child age decades within the span of less than 2 years. It has taken a year and a half later for him to finally find a group of doctors who believe he is Gardasil injured, but they do not know how to treat him.

The idea of any child having to suffer this breaks my heart in ways I never thought possible. This is and will always be my biggest regret.

Alabama Judge Threatens Health Impact News Reporter

In a move that can only be interpreted as an attempt to restrict free speech and deny the 1st Amendment right of freedom of the press, Alabama Circuit Judge Corey B. Moore had Health Impact News reporter Terri LaPoint escorted into his courtroom yesterday to give her a stern warning.

Investigative reporter Terri LaPoint commented: “I had no idea that I would be taken into court today! I was simply outside (the courtroom) as a friend of the family when they called me in. I was only dressed in a t-shirt and jeans, since I never intended to enter the courtroom.”

Mrs. LaPoint was at the courthouse with the Prince family who had a hearing that day regarding one of the newborn babies that was taken away from the parents by DHR recently. Mrs. LaPoint has reported on the family and their fight against Alabama DHR which has removed two newborn nursing babies recently while still in the hospital at the time of birth. Her original story quickly went viral and was read by over 1 million people in the first 24 hours.

Mrs. LaPoint relates how the court-appointed attorney for one of the young mothers who was at court that day explained to her that the lead counsel for DHR allegedly wanted to call her in and put her on the witness stand. They were allegedly upset with our reporting on these stories. The attorney appointed to the family allegedly objected, stating that she had no legal counsel at the moment and was not part of the case, but the judge ordered her to be brought into the courtroom anyway.

Once Mrs. LaPoint was escorted into the courtroom, which she states this was the first time she was ever inside a courtroom, Judge Moore asked her what her name was, and told her that because she did not have legal counsel present, she did not have to make any comments or answer any questions.

Mrs. LaPoint reports that Judge Moore then warned her that she should retain legal counsel, and become familiar with the confidentiality laws regarding juveniles in Alabama.

The court-appointed attorney for the Prince family then apparently told Mrs. LaPoint on her way out that this was not strictly a “gag order,” but that the judge was upset and wanted her to “play ball.”

Gardasil Vaccine Hoax: Vaccine Side Effect Risks Higher than Cervical Cancer Risks

Pattern of Child Kidnappings by Alabama DHR Exposed: Another New-born Infant Seized at Hospital

Last month Shelby County DHR (Department of Human Resorces) took a 3 day old breastfeeding baby from her mother at a hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. The baby had been flagged for removal based simply on the fact that DHR already had a case open on 2 other children from the same mother. The young mother is currently appealing their case where her parental rights to her children were terminated.

When people hear these stories, often the first response is, “There has to be more to the story.”

This is the “more to the story,” and what our investigation reveals is there appears to be a definite pattern as to how Alabama DHR seizes children, often right out of the hospital as soon as they are born. Health Impact News Named in Alabama Lawsuit for Exposing State-sponsored Child Kidnapping

Last week Health Impact News published the story out of Alabama where DHR (Department of Human Resources) removed a newborn breast-feeding child that was only 2 days old from his 14-year-old mother who is alleged to be a rape victim, and was still in the hospital. The story quickly went viral with over 1 million views in the first 24 hours, and gained national attention.

The grandparents of the 14-year-old mother who lost her newborn child last week appeared in court today in Shelby County, Alabama for the DHR juvenile court proceeding regarding their grandchildren. Also appearing were members of the media and witnesses of the event at the hospital.

However, not only did they not get their grandchildren and infant great-grandson returned home, another surprise awaited those who showed up at the court house.

A lawsuit that was filed in the Circuit Court of Shelby County naming various family members and media personnel, including Health Impact News, was presented to many of those who had come to the courthouse. The lawsuit was filed by Erin B. Welborn, listed as the Guardian ad litem of the newborn child. They are demanding that we take down our story and stop publishing anything regarding this case.

Vaccine-derived Polio Spreading in "Polio-free" India

On June 17, 2016, the International Business Times (IBT) reported that a strain of the vaccine-derived polio virus has been discovered in Hyderabad, India, and experts have warned that the likelihood of more cases being discovered over the next year is extremely likely.

India recently reached their “polio-free” status, so the only known cases of polio currently are the ones caused by the vaccine.

In 2015, we reported that the oral polio vaccination had been banned in the U.S. since 2000, because too many children who had received the vaccine had subsequently developed vaccine-associated paralytic polio (VAPP), which is a serious side effect of the vaccine.

The World Health Organization (WHO) had known about this for many years, but instead of banning this vaccination as one would have expected them to, they vowed to keep using the vaccine until the wild polio virus has been eradicated.

It appears that the WHO does not care in the slightest that thousands of children are being paralyzed throughout India and the developing world.

Major studies just released claim that genetically modified (GM) foods—and the chemical used on them, glyphosate—are safe to eat. Following publication, there has been a steady drumbeat in the media essentially claiming that the case is now closed: GMOs are safe.

We say, “Not so fast.”

The National Research Council (NRC)—the research arm of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS)—“examined epidemiological data on incidence of cancers and other human health problems over time,” and says there is no reason to be wary of genetically modified foods.

However, more than half of the authors of the NRC report are involved in GMO development or promotion or have other ties to the biotech industry. It is shameful that the National Academy of Sciences cannot police this. Indeed, it seems too intimidated even to try.
