Our Battle after Gardasil: 13 Year Old Girl's Life Damaged

This story started when my daughter Chiara was 13 years old, now she is 18. She used to be a very good athlete with symptoms from Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with high levels of anti-thyroid peroxidase antibodies. These were already known much before receiving the HPV vaccine.

She was really a good athlete and Hashimoto’s did not stop her from participating in the World Championship Karate in Caorle where she had the first place twice. In 2010, she took the brown belt. Apart from Karate interest, Chiara’s other hobbies included painting, singing and practicing all kind of sports. That was Chiara’s profile before Gardasil.

Six years have already passed since the Gardasil treatment and the strong headache, dizziness, osteochondritis, Hashimoto’s, articular and abdominal pains are still there. Moreover, she is still under a strict diet that prevents her from taking milk derivatives and food containing gluten.

This is my daughter’s story and I wrote it to bring you about the injuries that Gardasil could cause. I hope our experience could help any of you to make the best decision and deeply investigate before subject your son to any HPV vaccine.

Above all, I hope Chiara and all the other survivors of new medical conditions after HPV vaccinations find treatments to help them get their normal lives back.

This past Friday, August 30, 2019, Neal Sutz, an American father from Arizona currently living in Switzerland, appeared on the Northwest Liberty News show to explain how two U.S. diplomats had been “Criminally Denounced” to Switzerland’s Attorney General due to their alleged involvement in an international medical kidnapping case with Mr. Sutz’ two American children.

Health Impact News has learned that the two U.S. diplomats working at the U.S. Embassy in Switzerland allegedly worked together with the International CPS Organization, International Social Services (ISS), to try and medically kidnap two American children currently being confined in Geneva.

International Social Services (ISS) is based out Geneva, Switzerland, and was founded in 1924. Today it has branches in over 120 countries, and the U.S branch, ISS-USA, is based out of Maryland and funded by The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Former Foster Parent Criminally Charged for Child Sex Abuse - Again

More horrible news this week highlighting the fact that the U.S. Foster Care system is America’s #1 pipeline for child sex trafficking.

From WCVB5 in Boston: “After 5 Investigates uncovered years of physical, mental and sexual abuse in a state licensed foster home, the state launched a review and the Worcester County district attorney opened an investigation in a case that has been hidden for decades. In the latest case, John Williams told investigators that when he was a young foster child, he was neglected by his foster parents — forced to sit naked with another foster child — and was fondled by Blouin, who put his hands in his underwear and touched him on multiple occasions. Williams and his younger brother, Nathan, told 5 Investigates they were beaten, put in dog cages for hours and tortured by Blouin’s wife, who is a registered nurse, and her boyfriend, who moved into the home after her husband’s conviction in the earlier cases.”

In Providence, Rhode Island, a man was sentenced to 40 years in federal prison followed by a lifetime of probation for repeatedly recording himself raping an unconscious child.

The man was caught with one of the largest collections of child pornography ever seized by law enforcement in Rhode Island, which consisted of more than 36,000 images and 960 videos.

Teen Girl Loses Memory of 3 Months of her Life and 1/3 of Her Body Weight after HPV Vaccination - Barely Escapes Medical Kidnapping

A month after I had taken ill, I was back in hospital waiting to have an MRI scan to check for a brain tumour or encephalitis. Luckily the results came back negative and through a process of elimination I was given a probable diagnosis of ME [Myalgic Encephalomyelitis] probably caused by the HPV vaccine.

School started back at the beginning of September, but I was so ill and in a wheelchair by now, so I was unable to go.

The next thing I remember is the Christmas decorations being up. It was on the 16th of December.

I have no recollection of those 3 months. The only information I have is what my mum and dad have told me.

I had to be spoon fed my food with great difficulty and after 3 months I had lost 1/3 of my body weight. I could not walk or talk.

The children’s mental health services weren’t very helpful. They did not know how to help me, they did not believe or understand how ill I had been.

A social worker and police officer came to speak with my mum and dad to prevent us from going on a holiday. I demonstrated that I had no problems with the stairs and initially they had no problem with us leaving.

However, when they rang their manager the psychiatrist had put in a first stage referral which meant they could not allow me to leave.

I was distraught as was my sister. I had been working towards this holiday for weeks.

We spent several hours in discussion with the social worker, police and my doctor.

As my dad and I left for the hospital my mum had to sign a form which stated that if they took me on holiday without consent from the hospital both my sister and I would be taken into care.

The consequences of what my psychiatrist did were massive. I developed trust issues…

Medical Kidnapping of Children Often Based on Race and Economic Class

When a child experiences a mild head injury and a parent seeks medical attention, what happens next in New York City seems to depend on the ZIP code and the color of the parent’s skin.

In April, the actress Jenny Mollen, wife of the actor Jason Biggs and resident of Manhattan’s affluent West Village, announced on social media that she had accidentally dropped her 5-year-old son, causing a skull fracture and requiring treatment in the intensive care unit of a private Manhattan hospital’s I.C.U.

Three months earlier and several miles north in the Bronx, my client, a Latina mom, was folding laundry in her apartment when she saw her 9-month-old daughter and 7-year-old son bump heads while playing on the bed. The following day she noticed that her daughter had a bump on her head. She took the baby to her pediatrician, and a follow-up at the hospital showed two minor skull fractures with a small underlying bleed.

This is where Ms. Mollen’s and my client’s stories diverge. According to Ms. Mollen’s social media account of the incident, she and Mr. Biggs were met with compassion and sympathy by the hospital. Ms. Mollen publicly thanked the staff, saying she was “forever grateful.”

At the Bronx hospital, though, my client was met with suspicion, interrogation and accusations of child abuse, even after explaining her daughter’s accidental head bump with her brother to the hospital staff. Emergency room staff members called the New York City Administration for Children’s Services to report possible child abuse.

Defying Gag Order, Woman Who Drove Arizona Girl Raped and Burned in Foster Care to Supervised Visits with Parents Speaks Out on Arizona Corruption

Beth Breen, the driver contracted by Arizona DCS to drive young Devani from the foster home where it was later learned she was repeatedly raped by her foster parent who was arrested for running a child pornographic and child sex trafficking ring out of his state-approved foster home, to her parents home 90 miles away each week for a 2-hour supervised visitation, was recently interviewed by Jim White at Northwest Liberty News.

Breen states that she is under a gag order and not supposed to speak about the case, but she “doesn’t care” because the gag order is unconstitutional.

This is one of the most horrific cases Health Impact News has ever covered, and one of the most-read stories ever published on MedicalKidnap.com.

Breen gives an update on the current situation in the interview, and states that Devani has still not been returned to her parents, or to her grandmother who has allegedly taken her petition all the way to the Arizona Supreme Court.

One of the most incredible statements that Breen gives during the interview, is when she recalls her time in jail with Merissa Hamilton because they were peacefully protesting in Phoenix against the abuses committed against Devani by Arizona DCS in this case, and she said they talked to the other women who were in jail to find out why they there:

“While we were in jail, we interviewed a lot of women in jail and asked them why they were there. When we told them what we were doing, they stood up and applauded us, because out of every women that we interviewed, their charges were drugs, and the reason they turned to drugs was (because) their children were taken away. And they fought and they fought, and they finally just gave up. Because you can’t win in this system.”

Communist China's Social Credit Score System being Implemented in U.S. by Silicon Valley?

Recently we reported that China’s new Social Credit Score system resulted in millions of Chinese citizens being banned from public travel due to social credit scores that were too low.

According to China’s new Social Credit Scores, “Bad behavior” can lower an individual’s social credit score, and “good behavior” can increase it.

Reported examples of “bad behavior” include: playing too many video games, spreading “fake news,” drinking too much, walking your dog without a leash, smoking where you are not supposed to, or simply being too noisy on a train or bus.

In that article we asked: “Could something like this be implemented in the United States?”

According to Mike Elgan, writing for Fast Company, such a system is already being developed here in the U.S. by Silicon Valley technology companies, apart from the U.S. Government.

Is the American public going to allow the Technology giants to determine what is proper social behavior, who is qualified to hold political offices, and what is fake news and what is not?

Will it take massive protests (hopefully peaceful!) in streets as we have recently seen in Hong Kong to turn the tide against technology tyranny here in the U.S.?

Self-Appointed Internet Police Declare MedicalKidnap.com and DOJ Vaccine Court Reports Fake News

Health Impact News was recently contacted by John Gregory, a medical reporter working for the company NewsGuard, a self-appointed Internet policing group that awards “nutrition badge” ratings for websites determining if they are “reliable” or not.

Mr. Gregory accused me right up front of publishing “false” claims, and asked me to comment on a list of articles in our network that he determined were “false.”

Curiously, one of the articles he chose to exhibit as something published that was “false” was one of our articles on the Department of Justice quarterly reports on compensated cases for vaccine injuries and deaths in the U.S. Vaccine Court, submitted every three months to the federal government Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV) under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

The article is reporting what is public information from government sources.

When they gave Health Impact News a negative rating, they even gave a negative rating to Created4Health.org, which is not even a news site but a site where I publish my devotional articles based on Bible studies.

They also gave a negative rating to MedicalKidnap.com. Mr Gregory accused us of simply taking unverified social media posts from parents who claimed their children were being kidnapped by the state, and asked us if we even bothered to verify their stories.

There is strong evidence that NewsGuard is comprised of “old-school journalists” who represent corporate interests, and are doing everything they can to squelch free speech on the Internet, especially in social media platforms.

Health Impact News provides a free service to the public that often is seldom found elsewhere, and that is especially true with our Medical Kidnapping stories, where we are one of the few places parents can come to and find a platform to tell the world what is happening to America’s children who are being kidnapped by the State, and often end up being sexually trafficked.

What a shame it would be if the corporate censorship forces get their way.

Appellate Court: Parents Deserve an Impartial Judge and Fair Trial Before Terminating Parental Rights

A recent case out of Washington state was so egregious the appellate court not only rejected it, but sent it back to be heard again—in a different county.

Generally, when a case is appealed, the appellate court will either uphold the original decision or “remand” it, meaning they send it back for a do-over, with special instructions from the higher court.

But this case required the court to come up with a whole new option.

“The right to a fair trial before an impartial tribunal is a basic requirement of due process,” Justice Smith wrote for a unanimous Court of Appeals for the State of Washington. “The right to due process is especially critical in a proceeding to terminate parental rights, where so much is at stake for both the parents and the child.”

Studies: Fluoridated Water Linked to Low IQ and Kidney Dysfunction in Children

The validity of the 1950’s American Public Health Policy, which embraced the dumping of the toxic byproduct Fluorosilicic acid into water reservoirs across the country in an attempt at “better living through chemistry,” is being increasingly brought under scrutiny as more and more research suggests that drinking water ‘fortified’ with fluoride may be doing more harm than good.

Recent studies suggest that the consumption of fluoridated drinking water is damaging to the developing brain of infants in utero, as well as making the connection between kidney and liver damage in adolescents and chronic low-level exposure to fluoride in their water. 

Worrying is the fact that both studies were done using widely-accepted optimal levels of fluoride which are currently set at 0.7 milligrams per liter of drinking water.

Google is Now a Pharmaceutical Company

Google’s burgeoning ties to Big Pharma have been exposed with the disclosure of its new pharmaceutical division, which just happens to be led by the former head of GlaxoSmithKline’s global vaccine business. As cautioned by Progressive Radio Network journalists Gary Null, PhD and Richard Gale,

“Google today is not only a weapon for promoting the pharmaceutical agenda but now also a drug company itself.”

It has been obvious for some time now that Google’s algorithms have been adjusted to make it more difficult to find information, including information about vaccines, that doesn’t align with the messages about health and medical care that are approved by government and the pharmaceutical industry. In some cases, no matter how specific a search question is, or how it is worded and re-worded, the search results stubbornly return the same tired but mainstream medical authority-approved results.

Barbara Loe Fisher of The National Vaccine Information Center Named "Game Changer of the Year"

Each year during the anniversary week of Mercola.com, we recognize a Game Changer, someone whose work stands as a great service to humanity by making a significant contribution to improving people’s health.

This year, we present the Game Changer Award to Barbara Loe Fisher, co-founder and president of the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC), a nonprofit charity that provides information on vaccine safety and efficacy on the internet.

NVIC was founded in 1982 by parents of vaccine injured children — Fisher being one of them. Fisher’s oldest son suffered a vaccine injury in 1980 following his fourth DPT shot, leaving him with mild brain damage resulting in learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder.

NVIC’s goal is to “[prevent] vaccine injuries and deaths through public education and safety reforms,” Fisher told The New York Times in 2001. Fisher’s two other children received all recommended vaccines with the exception of the whole-cell pertussis that injured her oldest son.

“The vaccine-safety and informed-consent movement has never been about telling parents not to vaccinate. We’re pro-education and pro-informed consent, not antivaccine.

There is a difference. It is immoral to write off an unknown number of children as expendable in the name of the greater good to justify public health policy,” Barbara told The New York Times.

This is a stance Fisher and NVIC have maintained ever since its inception, even though critics choose to portray the organization as a source of dangerous antivaccine propaganda.

Will California Governor Newsom Follow Colorado Governor Polis' Example and Reject Vaccine Mandates That Eliminate Medical Exemptions?

While proponents of Senate Bill (SB) 276 act as if vaccine-inflicted injuries and deaths don’t exist, the big question is whether their fellow lawmakers and Governor will ignore the federal law of the land and growing chorus of informed Democrat voices coming out against the assault on exemptions from mandatory vaccinations that cannot be made safe for all our sons and daughters.

Democrat Gov. Jared Polis made national headlines when he took a strong stand for medical freedom and torpedoed legislation in Colorado that mirrors the bills that have been introduced in states like New York, Oregon and California.

When asked about vaccination mandates? “You can’t do that at the point of a gun,” Polis told Hill.TV’s Krystal Ball and Buck Sexton during an interview on “Rising.” “When the government tries to force parents to do this, it creates distrust in both vaccinations and distrust in government,” added Polis, whose state has one of the lowest vaccination rates in the country.

Georgia Court of Appeals Blasts Judge in Juvenile Court that Denied Parents Justice Forcing them to Flee the State to Keep Their Children

The Reveal, a weekly news show at Alive 11 news in Atlanta, has published a report about judicial corruption in Georgia’s Juvenile Court, highlighting a case where parents were denied their Constitutional rights, forcing them the flee the state to try and prevent the state from kidnapping their children.

Judge Tripp Self from the Georgia Court of Appeals wrote in their decision:

“We agree with the parents’ view that this ‘case is about much more than its individual facts. It is about the American legal system, about what our state and country require for every person brought before a court: fairness, respect, and a judicial system that should protect its citizens.’”

Chief Judge Stephen Dillard went on to call the state’s justification for removing the children, “nonsense on stilts,” citing case law declaring parenting to be “a fiercely guarded right … that should be infringed upon only under the most compelling circumstances.”

This story is all too typical of the kinds of stories we have been reporting at Health Impact News for years now, where parents are often denied due process and their Constitutional rights in family courts where decisions are made to remove their children.

The judge in the case, County Juvenile Court Judge Joseph Wyant, used the excuse of “imminent danger” to order the removal of the children, even though the children’s lives were allegedly not in imminent danger.

The parents were denied legal representation and the opportunity to call their own witnesses and to cross examine the Division of Family and Children Services’ (DFCS) witnesses.

So feeling they had no options left in a corrupt judicial system, the parents packed up their children and fled the state.

“I’m sure there are going to be people who are going to be judgmental and be like, ‘You were stupid. You put their lives in danger.’ Everyone knows in the back of their minds, if you have children, you would probably do the same thing,” said Martha.

Dr. Brownstein: Acetaminophen Should be Minimized or Avoided

Acetaminophen is sold over-the-counter in such products such as Tylenol® and more than 100 other over-the-counter products.  Nearly every American is familiar with acetaminophen as it is recommended in Big Pharma ads to be used for pain and fever.  The ads make it seem like the drug is safe to use.

Acetaminophen is not safe.

In fact, acetaminophen can be very toxic to the liver, even with low doses.  You see, acetaminophen, once in the body is metabolized in the liver to N-acetyl-p-benzoquinone imine (NAPQI).  Glutathione, the main detoxifying substance in the liver is utilized to break down NAPQI because NAPQI is toxic to the liver.  The more acetaminophen one takes, the more NAPQI is formed, and the more glutathione is needed to detoxify it.

The bottom line:  Avoid taking acetaminophen.  If you have pain and you need to take acetaminophen, use the lowest dose possible for the shortest time period.

No Shots No School Not True! School Districts Lying to Parents by Stating all Students Must be Fully Vaccinated when State Law Provides Exemptions

Health Freedom Idaho is reporting that school districts throughout Idaho are sending threatening letters to parents and falsely claiming that their children must be fully vaccinated or they will not be able to be enrolled in school.

Idaho State law actually allows for vaccine exemptions for religious and medical reasons. (Source.)

One concerned mom in Idaho writes:

“I was registering my son for kindergarten today (his only partial year of public school before he will be homeschooled). I noticed this passage and the way it was worded when I was filling out his registration paperwork. I came with his vaccine exemption form in hand already filled out, which they accepted.

I was really bothered by the fact that we have the right to waive vaccines, and yet they write to parents that by law they have to have their vaccinations. This is wrong. They should say something like, ‘It is Idaho State Law that you must have complete immunization records or an Idaho School Immunization Exemption Form to register your child for school.’

I listened to moms coming in worried that they didn’t have vaccination records and the school never gave them the option to waive.

If it is our right to waive, why is this not disclosed as part of proper informed consent?”

Home Depot and Lowes sued for Continuing to Sell Toxic Roundup Containing Glyphosate

Pesticide and pharmaceutical giant Bayer is facing approximately 18,400 U.S. lawsuits from individuals alleging that glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup herbicide, caused them to develop cancer. The retail giants Home Depot and Lowe’s are also being hit by glyphosate’s health risks, as two proposed class-action lawsuits have been filed over the companies’ lack of warnings to their customers.

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) determined that glyphosate is a “probable carcinogen” in 2015. In August 2018, jurors ruled Monsanto (which was taken over by Bayer in June 2018) must pay $289 million in damages to DeWayne “Lee” Johnson, a former school groundskeeper who claimed the company’s herbicide Roundup caused his terminal cancer.

The award was later slashed to $78 million, but it signaled the beginning of a running trend in Roundup cancer lawsuits. The next two verdicts also sided with the plaintiffs, including a $2 billion payout in the third case, which was later slashed to $20 million, from $75 million in punitive damages. Whether or not retailers can be held liable for not warning consumers about this probable carcinogen may soon be determined by the upcoming class-action suits.

Plaintiff James Weeks filed two proposed class-action lawsuits against Home Depot and Lowes, alleging that the retail outlets did not do their duty to warn consumers about cancer and exposure risks when using glyphosate-based products.

Plan for Global Healthcare for All: Cheap Drugs Developed with "Virtual Clinical Trials" Revealed in Letter to Japanese Prime Minister

Here is a frightening letter that was discovered online today. It was addressed to the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and was sent from the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA).

The letter was signed by the IFPMA Executive Committee which includes the CEOs of the USA’s Eli Lilly ($24 billion in revenue in 2018), Japan’s Daiichi Sankyo ($8 billion in revenue in 2018), Belgium’s UCB ($27 billion in revenue in 2018) and France’s Sanofi ($42 billion in revenue in 2018).

The letter was endorsed by the 30 or so IFPMA members that attended the Tokyo meeting with Abe that followed. The representatives (mostly the CEOs) of the global pharmaceutical corporations pictured are listed at the bottom of the letter.

One of the alarming goals clearly proposed by the IFPMA and clearly stated in the letter to Prime Minister Abe is to make use of public medical information databases, IoT technology and virtual clinical trials “to reduce drug development time and costs and improve the probability of success”.

Big Pharma shows that the future implementation of a plethora of dangerous, poorly evaluated drugs and vaccines that will no longer make use of actual randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, long-term clinical trials – and just use the more efficient, more cost-effective “virtual,” computer-based “studies.” Brave New World.

China Boasts of Restricting Millions from Public Travel Due to Low Social Credit Scores

The Chinese government operated English news site, Global Times, tweeted recently that the government had restricted 2.56 million people from purchasing plane tickets, and 90,000 people from buying high-speed rail tickets during the month of July, due to too low of a social credit score.

China’s new social credit system will be fully operational by 2020, but it is apparently already in place across China.

Like a person’s financial credit score, a social credit score can move up or down based on your social behavior. In recent years, China has increasingly monitored its citizens activities through social media, and extensive facial recognition software.

“Bad behavior” can lower an individual’s social credit score, and “good behavior” can increase it.

Reported examples of “bad behavior” include: playing too many video games, spreading “fake news,” drinking too much, walking your dog without a leash, smoking where you are not supposed to, or simply being too noisy on a train or bus.

Besides banning you from riding an airplane or train, other ways China can restrict its citizens for having too low of a social credit score include: throttling your internet speeds, banning you — or your kids — from the best schools, stopping you getting the best jobs, keeping you out of the best hotels, getting your dog taken away, or being publicly named as a bad citizen.

Could something like this be implemented in the United States? Most of the major corporate-media outlets in the U.S. have reported about China’s new social credit system as something negative, but I did find one exception. The Washington Post published an article last year titled: “The West may be wrong about China’s social credit system.”

The Washington Post is now owned by Jeff Bezos, founder and owner of Amazon.com.

Amazon.com is also selling facial recognition software in the U.S. to law enforcement and governments.

New York Moves Closer to Becoming Nation's First Vaccine Police State

The State of New York recently passed legislation removing the religious exemption to mandatory vaccines for children.

Attorneys Michael H. Sussman and Robert F. Kennedy have filed a lawsuit to repeal the law, as 26,000 families in New York wait to see if their children can attend school.

As of now, the only way to get an exemption to mandatory vaccines is to have a medical doctor write a medical exemption.

Last week, the New York Department of Health published “Emergency Regulations” to “Prevent Medical Exemptions.”

So now, unelected bureaucrats will determine if doctors are qualified or not to write medical exemptions.

By having the Department of Health declare an “emergency” and issue an order without passing legislation, the entire democratic process is bypassed, resulting in medical tyranny.

Oregon Mother Jailed for Recommending Non-Chemo Cancer Therapies for Daughter

Christina Dixon of Oregon is the mother of a now 13-year-old daughter with liver cancer.

When Christina’s daughter was 11, she was rushed to Oregon Health and Science University due to excruciating pain, which was diagnosed as Undifferentiated Embryonal Sarcoma, a rare kind of liver cancer that happens mainly in children.

Many of us know and have seen the effects chemotherapy has on a body, let alone an 11-year-old body.

According to oncologists at Oregon Health and Science University, this right is not up to the patient, or even the parent when it come to questioning, which this mother didn’t do or even consider other methods of treatment.

It’s apparent this mother was to sit idly by as she watched her daughter agonize for 2 years with no results.

Christina started using alternative treatments which include vitamins, herbs and pure CBD oil to treat her daughter’s cancer once she was release from OHSU in June of 2018.

Records from Clackamas County juvenile court indicate a dependency petition was filed on March 26, 2019 claiming:

“The mother has neglected child’s medical needs, which creates a risk of harm to the child.”

Christina and her daughter were located in Las Vegas, Nevada, June 13, 2019, after Nevada police received a tip from the FBI and sheriff’s office that the two were staying in a hotel in Las Vegas.

The daughter, now 13, was taken in “protective” custody of Nevada police and later transferred back to Oregon.

This past week, Christina was arrested on charges of “first-degree custodial interference and first-degree criminal mistreatment.”

There is a DHS hearing on August 19, 2019 at the Oregon City Court House at 2 p.m. and supporters are asking the public to show up in support of Christine and Kylee.

New Monsanto Papers Reveal that Congress Relied Upon ‘Ghostwriting’ Documents Used by Regulators for Years

The U.S. law firm of Baum, Hedlund, Aristei & Goldman added 100+ new documents to the Monsanto Papers on Thursday. The new Monsanto Papers documents are available for review via the Baum, Hedlund, Aristei & Goldman website.

Prior to, during, and after the first three Monsanto Roundup trials, Baum Hedlund worked to declassify and publish internal Monsanto documents pursuant to the protective orders entered in the cases. The latest batch of Monsanto Papers documents were de-designated on March 1 and July 22.

Among other things, the Monsanto Papers show:

Monsanto purposefully ghostwrote articles that regulators have been relying on for years.
Monsanto orchestrated attacks against the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) and its members for concluding glyphosate is a probable human carcinogen.
Monsanto hid its own consultant’s conclusions that Roundup causes DNA damage.
Monsanto hid data showing Roundup penetrates skin at greater rates than reported to regulators.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Publishes Censored Response to Kennedy Family's Criticisms on Vaccine Safety Which Exposes Industry Corruption

In early May 2019, Politico Magazine published an article written by three of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s relatives, criticizing his advocacy for safe vaccines. After numerous requests, Politico magazine has refused to publish his response. 

So he has published it himself:

Three of my Kennedy relatives recently published an article criticizing my advocacy for safe vaccines.

I love my family and sympathize with their anxieties when I call out government officials for corruption. The Kennedys have a long, close, and continuing relationship with public health agencies so it is understandably difficult for us to believe that powerful regulators would lie about vaccines. “All issues are simple,” the saw goes, “until you study them.”

I’ve arrived at my skepticism after 15 years spent researching and litigating this issue. I have watched financial conflicts and institutional self-interest transform key sectors of our public health bureaucracies into appendages of the very pharmaceutical companies that Congress charged them to regulate.

My uncle and my father argued that in a free and open society, the response to difficult questions should never be to shut down debate. What we need is science, not censorship.

I am not anti-vax. I am pro-safety and pro-science. I want robust, transparent safety studies and independent regulators. These do not seem like the kind of radical demands that should divide our party or our families. As Americans and Kennedys, we ought to be able to have a civil, science-based debate about these legitimate concerns.

Pedophiles Continue to be Licensed as Foster Parents in the U.S. to Meet the Demand for Child Sex Slaves

It has been well-documented and frequently reported here at Health Impact News that the United States Foster Care system is the nation’s #1 pipeline for child sex trafficking.

Attorney Michael Dolce from the law-firm Cohen Milstein, who speaks from experience from representing children abused in foster care, wrote an opinion piece published by Newsweek in 2018 stating that the nation’s foster care system is set up to sexually traffic children.

Dolce said:

“Here’s the ugly truth: most Americans who are victims of sex trafficking come from our nation’s own foster care system. It’s a deeply broken system that leaves thousands vulnerable to pimps as children and grooms them for the illegal sex trade as young adults.

We have failed our children by not fixing the systemic failures that have allowed this to happen for decades.”

In 2018 an independent candidate running for office in Virginia, Nathan Larson, admitted to being a pedophile. He encouraged other pedophiles to use the foster care system to adopt children as “sex toys.”

A recent State Department report on Human Trafficking confirmed that the United States is the top destination in the world for sex trafficking, and Geoff Rogers, co-founder of the United States Institute Against Human Trafficking, stated:

“We have a major issue here in the United States. The United States is the No. 1 consumer of sex worldwide. So we are driving the demand as a society.

We’re also driving the demand with our own people, with our own kids. So there are tremendous numbers of kids, a multitude of kids that are being sold as sex slaves today in America. These are American kids, American-born, 50 percent to 60 percent of them coming out of the foster care industry.”

Here are some recent local news reports of arrests of licensed foster parents accused of sexually abusing children in the past 30 days which is probably only a fraction of the actual number of foster parents sexually trafficking children, and shows that this problem is only getting worse, not better.

A Warning that Cannot be Ignored: Psychiatric Drugs Create Violence

The spate of recent mass shootings has prompted the mental health watchdog, Citizens Commission on Human Rights International (CCHR) to reiterate the urgent need for State and a Federal government investigation into the irrefutable link between psychotropic drugs and violence.

The group is making its report, “Psychiatric Drugs Create Violence and Suicide,” available to legislators which cites 16 studies that show psychotropic drugs create homicidal and suicidal reactions. CCHR has documented at least 78 acts of senseless violence committed over several decades by those taking or withdrawing from psychiatric drugs, leaving a wake of 464 deaths and 926 wounded.

The report cites 27 drug regulatory agency warnings that indicate psychotropic drug adverse effects that include mania, psychosis, hostility, aggression or homicidal ideation and nearly 50 warn of self-harm or suicide/suicidal ideation.

What Happened to the California Medical Board's Concerns About SB 276 and Restricting Doctors Who Write Exemptions for Vaccines? Who Changed Their Minds?

During their quarterly meeting on August 8, 2019, The California Medical Board (CMB) surprisingly, or maybe not so surprisingly, voted to support SB276, Senator Richard Pan’s medical exemption bill that places narrow restrictions on doctors’ abilities to write vaccine exemptions for school aged children.

SB276 is not about vaccines, it is a bill regarding the exemption process required to fulfill California’s school vaccine mandate.

The bill, in an unprecedented way, hands over the jurisdiction of reviewing and revoking the medical opinions of physicians from the CMB to the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and California Department of Health and Human Services (CHHS).

In May, when the Board previously voted to “Support SB276 in Concept” – the concept being that physicians writing fraudulent medical exemptions should be investigated – CMB Members raised a number of concerns on the bill. These concerns were not addressed by the most recent amendments to SB276, nor were they brought up for discussion at yesterday’s board meeting. So it is surprising that the CMB changed their position to Support SB276.

NY Lawsuit to Repeal Denial of Religious Exemptions to Vaccines Starts - 26,000 Families Wait to See if Children Can Start School

n July 10, attorneys Sussman and Kennedy filed a lawsuit in New York State (NYS) Supreme Court challenging the constitutionality of the legislature’s repeal of the religious exemption to vaccination. Suing on behalf of 55 NYS families who held lawful religious exemptions, Sussman and Kennedy requested that the court enjoin the repeal temporarily, preliminarily and permanently.

The Honorable Denise Hartman, Supreme Court judge, will hear oral argument Wednesday, August 14th. With school only three weeks away, plaintiffs present their case that on June 13, 2019, NYS halted more than fifty years of lawful religious exemptions from vaccination for those with genuine and sincerely-held religious beliefs. The law, which became effective immediately, threw more than 26,000 NYS families into chaos, barring their children from school and daycare.

Idaho Mom Arrested Second Time as Attempts to Silence Her Fail - Meanwhile 16-Year-Old Son Suffers in Foster Care

Kristine McCreery has spent the entirety of 2019 fighting Idaho Child Protective Services for her 16-year-old son, Brandon, over allegations of medical abuse/neglect because of health issues potentially caused by an untreated Celiac condition.

Canyon County Prosecutor Shari Dodge had Kristine arrested Saturday, August 10th, 2019, on felony Injury to Child charges. It was the second time she was arrested on the same charges, as she had posted bond back in June already.

Kristine reports that even the police officers were confused as to why they had just arrested her a second time on the same charge, and they let her go without having to post bond a second time.

Kristine has also now been charged with contempt of court for going public with her story. In reality, she is being held in contempt because MedicalKidnap.com and Fight for Lilly are refusing to remove Dr. Amy Barton’s picture and the St. Luke’s CARES video from the original article.

According to court documents, Judge Courtnie Tucker also filed a written order, dated July 24th, 2019, demanding that the photo and video be removed from the article.

As we mentioned in previous articles regarding this family, neither the website MedicalKidnap.com that contains the photo of Dr. Barton, nor the YouTube account through fight4lilly.org that hosts the CARES video, are within Kristine’s control. 

MedicalKidnap.com and Fight4Lilly.org have their own policies regarding the removal of such things from their websites, and choose to stand upon the rights granted under the First Amendment of Freedom of the Press.

Canyon County Prosecutor Shari Dodge and Judge Courtnie Tucker are publicly funded officials, and the St. Luke’s CARES institution that employs Dr. Amy Barton is a federally funded program – all subject to public scrutiny because they receive public funds.

Kristine says that since she went public, those involved in the case have lost focus of the real issue at hand, the health of sixteen year old Brandon:

“They seem to care more about publicity than my son or his well-being.”

Kristine says Brandon continues to lose weight in foster care, and that his medical needs are not being met by the department. She is greatly concerned about the malabsorption caused by Celiac and a possible lactose intolerance.

Texas Judge Chastises CPS but 4-Year-Old Boy Still Not Returned to Family

On Friday, August 9, a status hearing was held in the Pardo case where the court considered what action steps would have to be taken before Drake could be sent home. Judge Tracy Gray, the same judge who signed the original emergency removal order on June 20, presided over the case. The tone of the hearing was strikingly different than the post-removal July 2 hearing presided over by Judge Michael Chitty, which Senator Bob Hall described as an “egregious injustice.”

Judge Tracy Gray chastised CPS for the ridiculous list of requests included in their report to the court. Judge Gray threw out every item challenged by the family’s attorneys, ordered CPS to “expedite” their efforts to place Drake with family or friends, and to start allowing the family to bring a third party witness to visits with Drake, something CPS has prohibited thus far.

While the hearing was a great success for the family, there is still a long way to go. Judge Gray clearly appeared frustrated by CPS’ brazenly unconstitutional requests (like a court-ordered admission of guilt). This offers a ray of hope that CPS may not be able to continue getting away with their illegal actions.

Oregon Pediatrician Responds to Critics - Explains How Much Money Pediatricians Make on Vaccines

Let us set the record straight.

I am not anti-vaccine. I am absolutely pro-science and vaccine risk aware.

One huge misconception, and I see the comments on this, is that pediatricians don’t make money on vaccines or that they are not financially incentivized to vaccinate.

There are profits from vaccine mark-ups and huge profits from vaccine administration fees. The average admin fee is about $35 per vaccine.

For the 715 patients born into my practice who have refused to give any vaccines (each child would have had 28 vaccines by age 2 and over 60 vaccines in their childhood) amounting to income of $700,000 for the 2 years and $1.5 million over their childhood.

Those are real dollars lost for Integrative Pediatrics. The money lost when considering that we serve over 15,000 patients, with most being selective about how they vaccinate would have driven most practices out of business.

There are also built in incentives in many contracts with health plans. Vaccines are a quality measure (if your practice does not reach a bench mark in numbers vaccinated) you loose a % on all services provided to patients under that insurance contract.

Is it any wonder most of my peers discharge patients from their practices who won’t follow the CDC schedule? Often these patients are told to call Dr. Thomas (Integrative Pediatrics).

Let us be clear. It is not a good business decision to allow families not to vaccinate or to permit selective vaccination.

We at Integrative Pediatrics honor the law in Oregon that allows informed consent. Parents are still permitted in Oregon to make health care decisions for their children.

Those who discharge these families deny them their legal right. They also profit greatly by limiting the numbers of non-vaccinating families or partially vaccinating families.

Vaccines are Religion, not Science

We hear all the time that “the science is clear: vaccines save lives.”

But where is that science? If it exists, then why can nobody show it?

Vaccines are a religion and vaccinations are a (barbaric) religious ritual. That means that any kind of mandatory vaccination law is unconstitutional.

Some people might still play semantics and say that a belief system is not the same as a religion. But let’s look at the vaccine religion.

– You are expected to go to preparation classes (prenatal check-ups)
– You are expected to give birth in the temple (=hospital).
– As soon as the baby is born you are confronted with the temple servants (doctors/nurses/midwives) who want to submit your baby to the standard ritual (two injections)
– If you decline they usually will try to convince or coerce you
– At set times after birth you need to bring your baby to another temple (doctor’s practice) for more rituals
– If you don’t want to submit your baby to the rituals you can expect extremely negative reactions, which can become aggression and end up with you not being welcome in the temple anymore
– If you lose the faith (or never join in the first place) you can expect social exclusion and often serious family trouble. Some grandparents even consider “saving their grandchildren” by bringing them to the temple themselves, without the parents permission.

Vaccinations have almost every characteristic of a religion, so the desperate argument that a belief system doesn’t equal a religion doesn’t hold up.

How to Remove Glyphosate from the Body and Restore Digestive Health

Even if we try to be extra careful, we are all exposed to glyphosate every day. This toxic agricultural poison is in 80% of food. It is in many sources of water and it can even be in the air we breathe.

Glyphosate is also in organic food. Even though organic food growers are not allowed to use glyphosate, it is still found in organic food. It gets into organic food through aerial spray drift, dust carried in the wind from farm to farm, rain and agricultural runoff from adjacent farms.

How Google Threatens Your Children

Google is without a doubt the largest and clearest monopoly on the planet. It dominates online searches and advertising, which in and of itself leads to automatic bias. As noted by Google’s founders Sergey Brin and Lawrence Page in their 1998 paper, “The Anatomy of a Large-Scale Hypertextual Web Search Engine,”

“… [W]e expect that advertising funded search engines will be inherently biased towards the advertisers and away from the needs of consumers.”

Google has also infiltrated many other areas of our day-to-day lives, having acquired dozens of other companies4 you might not realize belong to Google or its parent company, Alphabet.

Among the most well-known are YouTube, the largest video platform on the web, and Android, one of the most popular operating systems worldwide. Google also has significant influence over urban development, health care and childhood education.

However, for all its conveniences, Google poses a very real threat to all these children. As noted in a 2017 article in The New York Times — which details the strategic moves that allowed Google to take over the American classroom — “schools may be giving Google more than they are getting: generations of future customers.”

By the time these children have grown into adulthood, every single preference, thought, belief and proclivity will be known about them, which will make them extremely vulnerable to manipulation, not only through targeted advertising but also through what might be called customized censorship or targeted social engineering — in essence, the strategy of tailoring the information any given individual can see in order to shape and mold their prejudices and ideas.

Arizona Dad Fighting for His Two Sons Sues Mormon Business Leader and Alleged Child Sex Abusers for $200 Million

Neal Sutz, an Arizona father who left the U.S. to try and protect his sons whom he claims were in danger of being sexually abused by his former Mormon in-laws, has filed a $200 million defamation lawsuit in Arizona against his former brother-in-law Damian Creamer, whom Sutz claims is “one of the richest, most politically influential men in the state of Arizona.”

The lawsuit names other defendants among Sutz’s former in-laws that he claims slandered him, resulting in the loss of custody of his two sons just after they fled the U.S. and arrived in Switzerland, where Neal Sutz holds a dual citizenship due to his family being from Switzerland.

His two special needs sons have been in captivity for over 2 years in Switzerland group homes, and Sutz claims that their health and well-being are deteriorating quickly, and he fears that without U.S. intervention for these American citizens suffering in Switzerland, his sons may not survive much longer.

According to the lawsuit, filed with the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County, Neal Sutz found out that his former wife, Cortnie Helen Creamer Sutz, along with “her numerous siblings,” were sexually abused as a children “for decades” by Damian Parnell Creamer and others, whom Sutz attempted to have reported to authorities for their alleged crimes against minors.

It was Sutz’s insistence to his wife that they turn in the members of her family committing sexual crimes against children to the authorities that Sutz claims resulted in the beginning of her family defaming his character and ruining his reputation.

Neal Sutz writes:

“Damian Creamer controls the political landscape in Arizona by circumventing campaign financing laws and making contributions through family members and friends.

He owns property in Paradise Valley, along with other family members, and their neighbors include such notable public figures such as Governor Ducey, and Backpage founders Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin. Before they were shut down, Backpage was reportedly running up to 75% of the U.S. sex trafficking through its website.

Given Damian’s past actions to try to silence me and destroy my reputation to hide his family secrets of child sex abuse, using the massive resources he has through his businesses, I think a federal investigation is warranted. Who knows, maybe even the current federal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein will reveal associations to pedophile networks in Arizona as well.”

Florida Wants to Become the Most Restrictive State in the U.S. for Mandatory Vaccines

There is a new dangerous threat to vaccine exemptions in Florida.

SB 64 was filed by Senator Lauren Book on 8/2/2019.

SB 64 would eliminate the religious exemption to vaccines required for public and private school children. It would also add a new section of law requiring the Board of Medicine and the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to jointly create a medical exemption review panel that shall review all medical exemptions. If passed, the new law would become effective on July 1, 2020.

We have seen what happens to families in California and New York where religious exemptions have been removed and medical exemptions are reviewed and restricted. SB 64 is a dangerous bill that needs to be stopped early so Florida doesn’t become like California or New York.

The 2020 legislative session in Florida convenes on 1/14/2020, however bills are filed in advance (session dates). It is very important that families who support the religious and medical exemptions get out ahead of Senator Book’s effort and talk to their legislators and like-minded families to get involved now! Those who are currently in office during this interim period will be the same legislators who will vote on this bill this spring as statewide legislative offices are not on the ballot this fall.

New Proposed Federal Law Would Make it Easier to Medically Kidnap Children by Doctors

It is not just fractures parents may have to try and explain to avoid a life sentence of being accused of child abuse, or Shaken Baby Syndrome, if one Child Abuse Specialist gets her way in new proposed federal legislation.

According to Dr. Lynn Sheets, Medical Director of child advocacy and protective services at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, a bruise is a “sentinel injury.”

Dr. Sheets claims:

“One of the things we realized is if you just call it a bruise, everyone has bruises. Everyone thinks about it as a minor injury including the doctors, including child welfare. So we needed to change the way people are thinking about these minor injuries in young infants. They’re sentinel injuries.”

Dr. Sheets believes these “sentinel injuries” are common in abused children. She has now gone so far as to propose legislation in the U.S. Senate, S.B. 1009, which has been sponsored by Wisconsin Senator Tammy Baldwin.

This bill, if passed, is a recipe for disaster, fueled by money, and will likely result in countless more false allegations of child abuse.

This means more CPS involvement in families, which will take more of their time that they could be using to investigate real abuse and neglect, tearing innocent families apart based on flawed studies, misleading information in medical reports, and biased opinions which are already why so many children are being medically kidnapped.

Study: Babies Born to Moms Who Refuse Flu Vaccine Fare Better than Babies Born to Mom's Who Receive the Influenza Vaccine

A new study comparing four outcomes—fetal death, low birth weight, small for gestational age birth and preterm birth—for infants whose mothers received flu shots or a placebo turned up surprising results. Not only was influenza vaccination during pregnancy was ineffective in lowering risk for the four outcomes, but they also noted that the vaccinated infants fared worse.

The 2011–2012 South Africa study was one of three large double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trials of influenza vaccination during pregnancy funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF).

Overall, the investigators found “no significant vaccine efficacy” with respect to any of the fetal outcomes.

Unexpectedly (to the researchers), they also found that the average gestational age at birth was lower in the vaccinated versus placebo group—a statistically significant result indicative of a greater risk of preterm birth.

Although most of the study’s other findings did not attain statistical significance, the pattern of results showed, in another writer’s words, tendencies that were “not reassuring.”

Members of the public should remember that no vaccines have ever been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) “specifically for use during pregnancy to protect the infant.”

Virgin Coconut Oil Supplementation Improves Diabetic Related Kidney Dysfunction

The Weaponizing of CPS - Lose Your Children IF: You Don't Vaccinate, You Don't Make a Dentist Appointment, You Don't Pay School Lunch Fees, You Don't Shut Up, Etc.

We’ve all heard stories about an angry neighbor or ex-spouse making false reports to Child Protection Services (CPS.)

This weaponizing of CPS drew national attention recently because a School Board President, acting more like a bully than the director of a school, sent letters to parents threatening to call CPS if their child’s lunch debt wasn’t paid.

However, this weaponizing of CPS has far greater consequences than simply intimidating parents to pay school lunch debts.

It can lead to the death of children, the very children these taxpayer social service agencies are supposed to be “protecting.”

This is what happened to one mother pregnant with twins who was threatened to lose her twins at birth to CPS if she did not consent to receiving the flu shot.

Out of fear of losing her babies to CPS, she complied, and her previously healthy twins died shortly later, before they were even born.

CPS today is not really focused on “protecting” children, but intimidating non-compliant parents.

Two Nurses Sentenced to Five Years for Manslaughter and Negligence in MMR Vaccine Deaths of Two Babies

Chief Justice of the Samoa Supreme Court Vui Clarence Nelson sentenced two nurses this week (August, 2019) convicted of negligence and manslaughter in the death of two infants who died immediately after receiving the MMR vaccine.

Health Impact News reported on the original story in 2018 when it made headline news on TV1 in Samoa.

What was so tragic about this story was that the parents of the second child who died had reportedly already learned about the first infant’s death a couple hours earlier and declined to have their child receive the same vaccine. They were coerced into receiving it anyway, and their child died almost immediately.

Both nurses eventually pleaded guilty to manslaughter charges and charges of neglect, and their sentencing hearing was this past week.

Justice Vui said that applicable nursing protocols required that further vaccinations at the hospital should have stopped following the death of a previously healthy baby.

“It appears from the material the defendants did not recognise the possibility the problem was the vaccine,” he said.

The defendants told the Probation Office they concluded the baby was allergic to the vaccine.

“They concluded without any evidence to support their theory; a conclusion plucked out of thin air,” the Acting Chief Justice said.

The second defendant, Leutogi, concluded that the child must have been suffering from a prior illness.

Justice Vui characterised this as a “clearly callous observation unsupported by evidence”.

“If the child was sick, they should have not immunised the baby,” he said.

Reishi Mushrooms Fight Inflammation and Cancer

Kansas Mom Has Children Taken Away While Husband Dies in Jail for Using Medical Marijuana

A Eureka, Kansas couple reportedly had police enter their home recently without a warrant, based on what the police allegedly stated was a complaint from someone that they heard screaming from inside the home.

Jennifer Hess answered the door and explained that no one was screaming, and attempted to close the door. Doug McVay, writing for FreedomLeaf.com reports:

“At that point, they forced the door open. Two of them entered the house, and they demanded I go outside,” Hess tells Freedom Leaf.

On June 14 on Facebook, she wrote: “They said they were getting a search warrant, alleging they had seen drug paraphernalia in the house.”

Police searched the house and found “293 grams” (about 10 ounces) of cannabis, “all personal use.” Hess and Wilson both had medical conditions and used marijuana for that purpose, she said.

“They made up a reason to come to my door, probably because there was no one we associate with to do a controlled buy.”

Medical marijuana is legal in many U.S. States, but not Kansas.

Jennifer and her husband Homer were arrested, and the two children, Ashton, 15, and Holden, 11, were put into protective custody.

Two weeks later, with Homer having various medical conditions and being denied his medical marijuana, he died in jail.

Facing criminal charges and having just lost her husband, Jennifer must now also fight to regain custody of her children.

“On June 7, I was preparing to bond out and was taken to the interview room and informed by the Sheriff and a KBI agent that my husband had a medical emergency, and he didn’t make it.

They proceeded to ask me questions about his health and habits, then left me in the interview room for about 30 minutes.

Now, I’m separated from my kids and unable to be with them during this difficult time, and facing serious charges all alone. I’d like to know what makes us such a danger to society that my husband deserved to lose his life.”

Beverly Hills Harvard-Trained Doctor Sues County of Los Angeles and Social Workers $750 Million in Whistleblower Lawsuit

In 2015 Health Impact News first reported on the case of Dr. Susan Spell (formerly Evans) whose 4 children were allegedly kidnapped by the LA County Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS).

Her oldest child has since turned 18 and aged out of the system. This week, Dr. Spell and her son filed a $750 million lawsuit against LA County and some social workers.

The Epoch Times has published an article about her case:

Dr. Susan Spell, alongside her 18-year old son Nicholas, filed a $750 million lawsuit July 30 against the County of Los Angeles and individual social workers.

“I want to bring awareness. This is the epitome of corruption and abuse of power. I have to pay to see my children,” Spell told The Epoch Times.

“Susan is a physician in L.A. County. She went to pick her kids up from school one day, only to find that DCFS removed them,” Spell’s lawyer Stephen Lamont told The Epoch Times.

“DCFS convinced the school they had a warrant. They did not have a warrant. They tried to get a warrant but it was denied. They said there was a restraining order against Dr. Spell, but that never existed.”

Melinda Murphy, a former DCFS social worker who became a whistleblower, has supplied an affidavit in Dr. Spell’s lawsuit stating that DCFS falsifies evidence to justify taking children from their parents.

Murphy said in her affidavit that her trainer told her and others on their first day of training, “We should be ashamed of what we have done to some of the families that we have sworn to serve.”

“During my training, my observations, and in my work experiences, I learned that the DCFS does not have a mechanism for backing down and, has a tendency, even if the parent is innocent, to make them appear guilty in some way, and that includes perjuring testimony, falsifying reports, and fabricating evidence to justify taking children,” Murphy said in the affidavit.

Merck Continues to Make Hundreds of Millions on Measles Vaccine - 58% Increase After 2019 Measles "Outbreak"

Sales of Merck’s measles vaccine, the MMR combo vaccine that also includes mumps and rubella, continues to soar as Merck reported this week that in the second quarter of 2019, sales for the measles vaccine were 58% higher than the year before, at $675 million.

As CNBC reports:

“Pharmaceutical giant Merck said Tuesday that high consumer demand for its measles vaccines, amid the largest U.S. outbreak in decades, helped boost sales in its second quarter.

Sales of children’s vaccines, which includes the New Jersey-based company’s MMR vaccine, for measles, mumps and rubella, jumped 58% year over year to $675 million, Merck announced in its second-quarter earnings report Tuesday.

Merck, which is the sole U.S. supplier of measles vaccines, said the strong growth was due in part to this year’s measles outbreak…”

Is there any other sector of the U.S. economy that is more profitable than vaccines? Consider these facts:

1. The U.S. Government gave legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies in 1986, because Big Pharma threatened Congress by stating they would stop manufacturing and selling vaccines due to the many lawsuits brought against them for vaccine injuries. Vaccines have proliferated in the market place since 1986 as a result, with the CDC recommending up to 69 doses of vaccines to children before they reach the age of 18.

2. In most states, the CDC recommended vaccine schedule is required for children at attend school.

3. The U.S. Government owns several patents on vaccines, and the CDC is the largest purchaser of vaccines, using U.S. taxpayer funds to purchase more than $5 billion in vaccines each year.

Is there any other market in the U.S. where there is virtually no liability for your products, the government requires you to purchase the product, and the government itself is the largest customer of those products? Also, most vaccines have only one manufacturer approved by the U.S. government for sale in the U.S., such as the MMR vaccine, creating a monopoly for that product.

And if that is not enough to ensure business success, local health departments can pick and choose which illnesses should be classified as “outbreaks” which are then announced by the compliant corporate media, largely funded by the pharmaceutical industry, to boost sales of a vaccine even more.

5800 Fake Families Found at Border - Children Brought Across Border to Feed Sex Trafficking Networks

Acting Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Mark Morgan testified before the Senate Homeland Security Committee this week (July 30, 2019).

In questioning by Committee Chairman Senator Ron Johnson from Wisconsin, Mark Morgan, who was also the top official at Customs and Border Protection during the Obama administration, revealed that a new pilot program began using DNA tests at the border to determine if the children coming across the border were, in fact, related to the adult accompanying them.

Initial tests found 5800 fake families trying to cross the border.

As we have reported previously here at Health Impact News, we don’t have a major problem in the U.S. of separating children from their families at the border. We have a child sex trafficking problem, which is luring adults in the human trafficking business to bring children across the border, posing as their parents.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo recently delivered the Trafficking in Persons report, which is created annually by the State Department to document human trafficking in the year prior.

Geoff Rogers, co-founder of the United States Institute Against Human Trafficking (USIAHT), said in an interview with Fox News:

“The United States is the No. 1 consumer of sex worldwide. So we are driving the demand as a society.”

“We’re also driving the demand with our own people, with our own kids,” Rogers said. “So there are tremendous numbers of kids, a multitude of kids that are being sold as sex slaves today in America. These are American kids, American-born, 50 percent to 60 percent of them coming out of the foster care industry.”

The problem of child sex trafficking should be a non-partisan issue, and the corporate “mainstream” media needs to stop portraying the problems with children at the borders as a problem with separating children from their parents.

This is not the major problem this country is facing right now. The major problem is the lucrative child sex trafficking business, where children from American families are being put into foster care to feed this heinous business, and it draws in children from outside the U.S. as well.

We need to abolish the foster care program in its present form, and dismantle the pedophile networks luring children across the border.

After 4 Years in Prison Father Wrongly Convicted of Murdering His 15-Month-Old Daughter Due to SBS Has Charges Overturned in Alaska

Dr. David Ayoub, a radiologist who has testified in court on numerous occasions during Shaken Baby Syndrome cases testifying that other medical conditions can explain symptoms often used to accuse parents of child abuse, has stated that by his calculations there are about 50,000 parents currently in prison suffering from wrongful child abuse convictions.

On July 26, 2019, one father, Clayton Allison, who was in his fourth year of a 30-year prison sentence in Alaska, had his conviction reversed by the Alaska Court of Appeals.

Like many cases that are being overturned in recent years where a parent or caregiver is falsely accused of harming a child due to the medical theory of Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS), a theory many are now calling “junk science,” the original judge gave more credence to the State’s doctor who was said to be “an expert in the medical evaluation of suspected abuse,” then to the medical experts presented by the defense.

The doctor whose testimony allegedly brought about this father’s wrong conviction, Dr. Cathy Baldwin-Johnson, is listed as a “Primary Care Physician” on the Providence Hospital website. Her specialty is said to be “Family Medicine.” A search in the American Board of Pediatrics website turns up a negative result when searching to see if she is certified as a “Child Abuse Specialist.” She is apparently not even a pediatrician.

She is, however, the medical director of Alaska CARES (Child Abuse Response and Evaluation Services) in Anchorage, Alaska. She has apparently won awards from the “Sisters of Providence” for her dedication “to helping abused children.”

Her qualification for this role is reportedly that she took a single course on “how to evaluate children for signs of sexual abuse.”

Child Abuse Pediatricians: Exposing Their Role in Medical Kidnappings to the Public

Recently, a judge in Boise, Idaho allegedly ordered a mother in court to have MedicalKidnap.com take down a picture of a Child Abuse Specialist, Dr. Amy Barton, from one of our articles, because publishing her image allegedly is “not acceptable” and violates her clinic’s policies.

The clinic is St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital CARES (Child At Risk Evaluation Services) in Boise, Idaho.

Maybe Judge Courtnie Tucker is not aware that St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital CARES belongs to the National Children’s Alliance, which in 2019 will administer a total of $10,271,000.00 in federal funds under a cooperative agreement with U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, as reporter Allie Parker will explain below.

Because if Judge Tucker is aware of this, then she should certainly understand the First Amendment of the Constitution protects Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press to publish and criticize any public servant, meaning anyone receiving public funds.

Child Abuse Pediatricians are not regular doctors. They are not hired by parents, but work together with Child Welfare programs all across the country looking for child abuse, and as such operate more like law enforcement than they do like doctors.

Therefore, if you are being accused of any wrong-doing by a Child Abuse Specialist doctor, you are free to publish criticisms of them, and if any judge tells you otherwise, the judge is on the wrong side of the law.

And this holds true for any other “public servant,” such as law enforcement, social workers, judges, and anyone else working for an entity receiving public funding.

Refusing to be Silent, Parents Come Forward to Describe How their Children Suffered Painful Deaths After Being Vaccinated

Ron Kennedy, MD, is a California doctor currently suing the State Medical Board for intimidating doctors in California who write vaccine exemptions for their patients.

He recently asked for parents who had children that died as a result of vaccines to email him their stories, and then another California doctor, Dr. Robert Rowen, who has a large following on Facebook, published their stories today.

From child protective services (CPS) threats against parents who question vaccines and risk losing their children if they do not comply, to doctors who refuse to admit vaccines cause harm and therefore will not treat vaccine injuries, these testimonies show that we are facing a real crisis and tragedy in the U.S. today when it comes to vaccine policy.

These are among the few and brave parents who will not be silenced, risking their reputations and careers to tell their stories publicly in a country now ruled by medical tyranny.

Adult Medical Kidnapping: Euthanizing America's Seniors - Orlando Medical Guardian Resigns After Getting Caught, but How Many More Are There?

The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that professional guardian Rebecca Fierle has resigned after an investigation revealed that she had filed unauthorized “do not resuscitate” orders on almost all of her senior patients, against the wishes of the patient and their families.

The investigation was prompted by the Orlando Sentinel’s report that one of her patients died due to her “do not resuscitate” (DNR) order, even after the patient and family requested that the DNR be rescinded. The Sentinel reports:

“A man died at a Tampa hospital after staff could not perform life-saving procedures because of a “do not resuscitate” order his Orlando guardian filed against his wishes, state investigators determined.

The investigation into the final days of 75-year-old Steven Stryker of Cocoa caused Circuit Judge Janet C. Thorpe to seek the removal of his court-appointed guardian, Rebecca Fierle, from 95 Orange County cases at once in a hearing sealed from the media last week.

Thorpe found Fierle had “abused her powers” by requesting that incapacitated clients not receive medical treatment if their heart or breathing stopped — without permission from their families or the court, records show.

The investigation concluded that Fierle refused to remove the DNR despite Stryker’s desire for life-saving actions, and that her claims about his final wishes contradicted his daughter, friend and a psychiatrist.”

We applaud the work of the Orlando Sentinel, fulfilling their role as the media was originally intended to be: a voice educating the public on matters that government and medical authorities would prefer remain in secrecy.

Too often in our own investigative work here at Health Impact News, we find that the corporate-sponsored media is the mouth-piece of the medical system and government, rather than exposing its corruption.

If not for the investigative work of the Orlando Sentinel, this professional guardian working for the State of Florida may have continued to euthanize seniors against their wishes and the wishes of their families.

July 1, 2019 I received the news that my baby had passed away. She was gone.

The state of Kentucky took my baby away from me. They let these people abuse my baby and did nothing. The state of Kentucky stole my baby from me. The caseworker who was responsible for this was fired. They fired her but couldn’t give me back Demiyah. They seen my baby as a check!! These people sold my baby! They told me she was perfectly fine two days before she passed away! They lied!!

The state of Kentucky won’t let me view my daughter’s body. They are trying to hide what they have done to my baby.”

How Many Children Have Been Kidnapped by State CPS Agencies? One Woman Creates A Plaque for Each One

There are approximately 450,000 children currently in foster care in the United States, and nationwide statistics show that only about 15% of them were removed from their homes due to allegations of abuse, but instead for “neglect,” which could be something defined as “medical neglect” because a parent disagreed with a doctor over medical treatment, or even just wanted to seek a second opinion.

The vast majority of these children come from poor homes, where parents cannot afford legal help to fight the system. Even in cases where parents are accused of “abuse,” many cases are not substantiated and charges are never filed against the parents.

Foster care is also the #1 pipeline for children to enter the lucrative child sex trafficking networks.

Former Merck Scientist Explains Why He Doesn't Vaccinate His Children Due to Lack of Vaccine Safety Studies

Del Bigtree, producer of the film VAXXED, and host of the weekly show HighWire, interviewed Jorge Araujo, a scientist who worked for the pharmaceutical company Merck as a lead supervisor on vaccine sterile quality this week.

Araujo’s wife is a nurse, and they didn’t even question the science behind vaccines until they were expecting their first child, when Araujo’s wife began asking him questions about vaccines.

Araujo relates that as he began to ask questions about vaccine efficacy and safety, the answers were not there. His research showed him that the robust science and quality controls present in regular drug manufacturing did not seem to be present with vaccine manufacturing.

So he and his wife decided not vaccinate their children, and today they are all “super healthy.”

Araujo states that he is not alone in his skepticism regarding the lack of science and quality controls for vaccine manufacture, and that other scientists he knows who worked for Merck are also deciding not to vaccinate their children.

Wikipedia is Ruled by Skeptics with Biased Agendas: Wrong on 90% of Medical Advice

You may think Wikipedia — originally funded with revenue from soft-core pornography — is the best thing since Cliff Notes, with quick and easy access to all the facts and news you ever needed to know. Some believe Wikipedia is even better than Encyclopedia Britannica; indeed, Wikipedia’s founders intended it to be a replacement for it. But is Wikipedia really a trustworthy source?

Wikipedia is not a reliable source.

Interestingly enough, while Wikipedia has become the world’s most powerful thought leader — controlling a vast amount of internet information and being used to determine the credibility of experts across most fields — Wikipedia itself warns it is NOT a reliable source. It states:

“Wikipedia is not a reliable source. Wikipedia can be edited by anyone at any time. This means that any information it contains at any particular time could be vandalism, a work in progress, or just plain wrong.

Biographies of living persons, subjects that happen to be in the news, and politically or culturally contentious topics are especially vulnerable to these issues. Edits on Wikipedia that are in error may eventually be fixed.

However, because Wikipedia is a volunteer run project, it cannot monitor every contribution all of the time. There are many errors that remain unnoticed for days, weeks, months, or even years. Therefore, Wikipedia should not be considered a definitive source in and of itself.”

Despite this blatant admission of unreliability, Wikipedia is the go-to site for Google quality raters to assess the expertise, authoritativeness and trustworthiness of an author or website. There’s also evidence showing Wikipedia is edited by people with a very specific agenda, and anyone who tries to clarify or clear up inaccuracies on the site is simply blocked.

Texas Senator Exposes Corruption with CPS and Child Abuse Doctors Over Medical Kidnapping of 4-Year-Old Child

When the overreaching heavy hand of the government leads to even one instance of injustice, a little bit of liberty is lost for all citizens.

On July 2, 2019, in Kaufman County, Texas, another piece of liberty was chipped from our society. Once again, in a very sad courtroom scene, the “legal” abduction of a 4-year-old child by the Texas Child Protective Service (CPS) was upheld by what can only be described as an egregious miscarriage of justice.

During a hearing, that lasted more than six hours, little to no evidence was presented that indicated either parent, of the 4-year-old boy, had actually done anything remotely close to child abuse. In fact, no one involved in the whole prosecution process had ever met or talked with either parent, or met or talked with the child.

The doctor from Children’s Hospital, who apparently initiated the forceful removal, had no history of treating the child, had never seen the child, and did not make a complete review of all of the child’s medical records.

The CPS caseworker, responsible for initiating the legal process, as an “emergency” necessity, had no firsthand knowledge of any of the alleged charges she levied against the parents, had never met or talked with the child, and had made no attempt to complete a background investigation, as required by CPS policy.

Yet, the courtroom judge insisted that the process to permanently terminate parental rights be continued, that no further interaction between the child and the parents be allowed except with CPS approval and supervision, and that CPS be granted total control over all needs of the child.

Yes, that is the same Texas CPS that is notorious for the extensive abuse and high rate of suicides of children, in their care and in their foster child care system.

Fully Vaccinated vs. Unvaccinated — A Summary of the Research

The Institute of Medicine (IOM) has repeatedly asked CDC to create studies which explain,

“How do child health outcomes compare between fully vaccinated and unvaccinated children?”

During a November 2012 Congressional hearing on autism before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, Dr. Coleen Boyle, the Director of the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities, gave evasive answers to lawmakers pressing her on this point. After considerable badgering, she finally stated,

“We have not studied vaccinated versus unvaccinated [children].”

That was perjury.

Boyle knew that CDC had commissioned an in-house researcher, Thomas Verstraeten to perform vaccinated/unvaccinated study on CDC’s giant Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) in 1999 (I summarize Verstraeten’s secret findings on slide 2).

Verstraeten found a dramatic link between mercury-containing hepatitis B vaccines and several neurological injuries including autism and prepared the study for publication. CDC shared Verstraeten’s analysis with the then four vaccine makers but kept it secret from the American public.
