Military Families Becoming Gravely Ill from Contaminated Military Housing

Military families are becoming gravely ill from their contaminated military housing. They are being retaliated against and ridiculed when they complain. Military doctors are not being trained how to treat them, which causes them to become even sicker.

Their requests for insurance-covered referrals to environmental and functional medicine physicians, who do know how to treat the sick-housing-caused-illnesses, are being denied. This is leaving the injured families to have to pay from their own pockets for needed medical care. Most cannot afford it.

Reuters is calling the multi-billion-dollar fraud, designed for profiting from the squalid military housing conditions, an “Ambush at Home” for our service members and their children.

On December 3rd the Senate Arms Services Committee (SASC) is holding a hearing. They are going to ask military leaders of the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Government Accountability Office (GAO) auditor questions of why and how the fraud in the contaminated military housing debacle grew to be so large that it is now crippling troop readiness; and what is being done to correct it.

Texas Mom Tells her Story of How a Child Abuse Pediatrician Used CPS to Medically Kidnap her Baby

In the middle of the night on May 23rd, 2016, my husband, Tim was caring for our 4-month-old infant son, Tristan, our third of three boys, while I was trying to get some rest.

Tim awoke to find our son completely unresponsive.

He immediately woke me up and told me to go to the emergency room as fast as possible.

I rushed him to the hospital without a moment’s hesitation; no wallet, no phone, no shoes.

I will never forget the pure fear of those moments holding my unresponsive baby in my arms praying to God not to take my baby.

When I got to the hospital, the ER doctor told us Tristan had a small subdural hematoma and at the time we had no idea what that was.

After a day of testing, our prayers were finally answered when Dr. Sandberg, Tristan’s Neurosurgeon, came in with his diagnosis of a tiny subdural hematoma caused by birth injury.

He let us know it would resolve itself in the next couple of days, that he was canceling the scheduled MRI, and that we could go home, as he said there was no reason to intubate and bathe our baby in that much radiation.

This was the moment that our family had been praying for, and for the first time we felt relieved to know that Tristan was going to be ok and we would all be going home soon.

But unbeknownst to us, our nightmare was just beginning. 

While we were taking in the comfort in Dr. Sandberg’s diagnosis, the child abuse pediatrician (or CAP) was formulating her own diagnosis for Tristan’s medical emergency… Abusive Head Tramua. 

She used CPS to medically kidnap our baby.

Black-Listed Documentary Banned in Europe on History of Child Trafficking in Switzerland Premieres Online

5 years in the making and black-listed in Europe, filmmaker Omar Agustoni along with co-producer Neal Sutz has just released the documentary, Trees of Shame, which premiered online November 24, 2019.

The film documents the history of child trafficking in Switzerland through Child Protective Services and the Juvenile Court system, with riveting interviews of former and current victims.

According to the history of the International Social Service (ISS), today’s “Child Protection” child welfare system which exists in most Western countries, originated in Switzerland just after WWI in 1920 in an effort to deal with “displaced” children, or “orphans.”

The headquarters was established in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1924, and the U.S. branch was established in New York City in 1926.

During the Great Depression, the Social Security Act established under President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1935 allocated funds to establish child welfare programs throughout the U.S., and is the birth of modern Child Protection Service agencies nationwide.

While Simonetta Sommaruga, former President of Switzerland and the current Vice President, allegedly apologized for past crimes of child trafficking against the Swiss people by the Swiss government in April of 2013, where many of these children labeled “orphans” were trafficked as child laborers, much like the old “orphan trains” in the U.S. back in the mid 1800s, Trees of Shame documents how these crimes of child trafficking still happen today.

14-Year-Old Active Girl in Wisconsin Suffers Over 300 Seizures After Gardasil Vaccine - Doctor Refuses to Consider Gardasil Cause due to Fear of Losing Research Funding

Polly Tommey and the VAXXED II team continue their bus tour around the U.S. interviewing victims of vaccine injuries.

They recently interviewed the Brill family from Wisconsin. Their 14-year-old daughter, Ashlyn, has gone from a healthy, active child who now suffers pain throughout her body, and has experienced over 300 seizures since she was vaccinated with the Gardasil vaccine 18 months ago.

Some of her seizures last over 5 hours.

Her mother and father are “first responders” with some medical training. Prior to their experience with their daughter’s reaction to the Gardasil vaccine, they had complete faith in vaccines, and their family was all up-to-date on all of their vaccines.

They took Ashlyn to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin where the medical staff reportedly tried to induce the seizures to determine the cause.

Doctors allegedly told Ashlyn’s mom that there was nothing wrong with Ashlyn, that all of the test results were normal, and that the seizures were related to too much stress in Ashlyn’s life.

Her mother did not accept this answer, and insisted that all these medical conditions started after the Gardasil HPV vaccine.

She then tells Polly that the doctor’s response is what led her on her journey to make sure that everybody understood her daughter’s story:

So the doctor came back in the room, and it was just us (the family) and the doctor (the neurologist), and she shut the door, and she says, “Listen, we need to talk.”

And she said, “Whether this is caused by the Gardasil vaccination or not, 95% of our research money comes from pharmaceutical companies.”

And she said, “Unfortunately, your child is a small fish in a big sea. And if we were to admit this was the Gardasil vaccination, we would lose our funding for our research.”

Ashlyn’s mom then says:

“I’m not going to let someone’s child be a small fish. So from that day I decided that I needed to share Ashlyn’s story, because every child matters.”

Cargill’s New GMO Stevia to be Used as a Sweetener in Soft Drinks

The international food conglomerate Cargill is ramping up commercial-scale production of its genetically engineered sweetener, EverSweet, in a new $50 million production facility that began operating this week in Blair, Nebraska. The plant will “be producing enough EverSweet to sweeten many millions of bottles/cans of soft drinks or servings of yogurt each month,” according to a Cargill spokesman.

Cargill is marketing its new stevia substitute as “non-artificial.” What does that mean? Consumers who click on the link provided in the press release will not get a straight answer. The web page twists itself in knots trying to describe the new process, which involves genetically engineering yeast to convert sugar molecules into a substance that mimics the taste of stevia, as a “centuries old technique” — without once mentioning genetic engineering or the genetic modified organisms (GMOs) used to make the product.

Cargill told the Star Tribune it does not market EverSweet as “natural” – so “non-artificial” it is.  The subterfuge doesn’t end there.

California Parents Flood School Board Meeting - Demand Parental Rights Sanctuary Regarding Vaccines and Sex Education

This week the Murrieta Unified School District in Southern California saw hundreds of parents turn out for a school board meeting to protest the loss of parental rights when it comes to the issue of mandatory vaccines and the sexualization in sex education of their children without parental approval.

They brought a proposal to make their community a “sanctuary city for parental rights,” claiming that if illegal immigration can be protected by a sanctuary status, then so can parental rights.

Reporter Michelle Mears was present, and published a report at the California Globe.

“Hundreds of residents in a Southern California community swarmed a school board meeting Thursday night to speak out about the loss of parental rights in schools. Anxious parents, many with children in tow, students, pastors and doctors demanded the Murrieta Unified School District become the first sanctuary city for parental rights in California.

For two hours people waited to speak out on the action item titled, ‘To consider Proposal by Community Member to Become a Sanctuary School District.” Those in favor of the sanctuary status understood the trustees could not change the laws set by the state. However, their argument is, if illegal immigration can be protected by a sanctuary status then so can parental rights.’

One of the highlights of the night was a reading of an affidavit by a nurse known on Facebook as “Sandra RN.” Police attempted to block her efforts and remove her from the room, but when she stood up for her rights as she was being filmed, police backed down and allowed her to speak.

House Orders Pentagon to say if it Weaponized Ticks and Released Them

The House quietly voted last week to require the Pentagon inspector general to tell Congress whether the department experimented with weaponizing disease-carrying insects and whether they were released into the public realm — either accidentally or on purpose.

The unusual proposal took the form of an amendment that was adopted by voice vote July 11 during House debate on the fiscal 2020 defense authorization bill, which lawmakers passed the following day.

The amendment, by New Jersey Republican Christopher H. Smith, says the inspector general “shall conduct a review of whether the Department of Defense experimented with ticks and other insects regarding use as a biological weapon between the years of 1950 and 1975.”

Big Pharma and Corporate Media Finally Admit the Oral Polio Vaccine is a Failure - Causes Polio Instead of Preventing It

In an almost unprecedented admission of vaccine failure, National Public Radio (NPR) recently published a show explaining how the present-day oral polio vaccine is a failure, and is actually contributing to the rise of polio in poor countries.

In it’s Weekend Edition Saturday show, NPR’s Scott Simon and Jason Beaubien produced a show titled: “How The Oral Polio Vaccine Can Cause Polio.”

They report that the U.S. CDC is now recognizing that there is a problem with the oral polio vaccine, which as a live-virus vaccine is actually causing polio around the world, a fact reported here at Health Impact News for over 6 years now.

Of course when we, or any other alternative media source, report this or any other negative news about vaccines, it is labeled as “Fake News,” and it is censored in social media, particularly on Facebook, if the article becomes too popular.

Apparently, this problem of polio being caused by the oral polio vaccine has become such a problem worldwide, that someone gave NPR the approval to cover the story, probably for “damage control.”

For the many years that Health Impact News has been covering the oral polio vaccine tragedy around the world, a vaccine that has long been rejected as unsafe and not used in the U.S., Europe, Israel, and other wealthy nations, but is crippling children in poor countries like India, Africa and Pakistan, Big Pharma and their sponsored “mainstream” media have been criticizing parents in these countries as being “uneducated” for refusing the vaccine which is then forced upon them, often at gun point.

This is just another example of the fact that vaccines can never survive in a free market where one has to prove the success of one’s product to survive in the marketplace, but that government intervention, censorship of science and harmful side effects, and physical force is necessary to get people to comply with mandated vaccinations.

Cancer Killing Off Plaintiffs As Monsanto Roundup Glyphosate Trials Stall in the Courts

There are currently more than 42,000 people suing Monsanto in the United States, alleging that Monsanto’s herbicides cause non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The lawsuits additionally allege that the company was well aware of the dangers but did nothing to warn consumers, working instead to manipulate the scientific record.

Many lawyers are involved in more than one of the cases, and all have overlapping expert witnesses, setting up organizational and resource challenges for both sides. Multiple trials that had been set for this fall were delayed until next year.

In the meantime, both sides of the litigation are keeping an eye on the California Appellate Court, where lawyers for plaintiff Dewayne “Lee” Johnson and lawyers for Monsanto are awaiting a date for oral arguments in their cross appeals. Monsanto is seeking to overturn the unanimous jury decision handed down against the company in August 2018. The trial judge in that case lowered the jury award from $289 million to $78 million and Johnson is appealing for the reinstatement of the full $289 million.

Johnson was the first to go to trial against Monsanto and his victory sent share prices in Bayer plummeting just two months after Bayer closed the purchase of Monsanto in June 2018. Johnson was  granted “trial preference” due to predictions by his doctors that he did not have long to live. Johnson has outlived those predictions, though his health continues to decline.

As the litigation drags on, several plaintiffs have died or are nearing death, or have suffered such extreme health problems that their ability to undergo the rigors of depositions and trials has become limited.

In some cases, family members are being substituted as plaintiffs for deceased loved ones. In legal parlance, the notices to the courts are titled “Suggestion of Death.”

Why is NY Governor Cuomo Delaying to Sign 2 Bills with Overwhelming Bipartisan Support to Protect Families?

The N.Y. State Central Register Reform Bill seeks to protect families by raising the state’s unusually low standard of evidence for listing parents on a state abuse and neglect registry, and reducing the economic impact of being listed. In 2018, more than 47,000 cases were added to the database, which is visible to potential employers.

Parents are often listed even if no court action has been taken against them and remain on the registry—regardless of the severity of the accusation against them—until their child reaches age 28.

The bill would require a “preponderance of evidence,” not “some credible evidence,” to list parents, a standard in line with most other states. It would seal parents’ records on the registry after eight years, in most cases, and make it easier for parents to challenge their records before that.

The other bill, the Preserving Family Bonds Act, would allow children adopted from foster care to continue to have contact with their parents if a judge agrees that it’s in the child’s best interest.

Termination of parental rights has been called a “civil death penalty,” but this bill would protect family bonds by ensuring open adoption, even when it’s not possible for a child to return home.

Taken together, these bills represent an important effort to reduce the punitive effect of the child welfare system. Too often, the system punishes and permanently separates poor families—especially Black and Native families—as the U.S. has done through law and through economic inequity for its entire history.

The federal Adoption and Safe Families Act, passed in 1997, remains especially damaging and reflects the time’s hysteria about Black families, when media images of “super-predators,” “welfare queens,” and “crack babies” demonized Black mothers and children. The law cut the length of time parents have to reunite with their children and provided financial incentives to states to prioritize adoption.

The federal government also provides nearly unlimited funds for foster care but almost none for supports that enable families to keep children safe at home.

Study: Tens of Thousands of Open Heart and Stent Surgeries Unnecessary

People with severe but stable heart disease from clogged arteries may have less chest pain if they get a procedure to improve blood flow rather than just giving medicines a chance to help, but it won’t cut their risk of having a heart attack or dying over the following few years, a big federally funded study found.

The results challenge medical dogma and call into question some of the most common practices in heart care. They are the strongest evidence yet that tens of thousands of costly stent procedures and bypass operations each year are unnecessary or premature for people with stable disease.

“This study clearly goes against what has been the common wisdom for the last 30, 40 years” and may lead to less testing and invasive treatment for such patients in the future, said Dr. Glenn Levine, a Baylor College of Medicine cardiologist with no role in the research. Some doctors still may quibble with the study, but it was very well done “and I think the results are extremely believable,” he said.

Twelve years ago, a big study found that angioplasty was no better than medicines for preventing heart attacks and deaths in non-emergency heart patients, but many doctors balked at the results and quarreled with the methods.

So the federal government spent $100 million for the new study, which is twice as large, spanned 37 countries and included people with more severe disease—a group most likely to benefit from stents or a bypass.

Dr. Brownstein Exposes Fake News About Flu Shot in WSJ

My friend Brad texted me during the Michigan-Michigan State football game yesterday telling me I have to read the flu shot article in the WSJ and write about it.

Well, I got home from the BIG Michigan victory (Go Blue!) and promptly read the November 16, 2019 article.

This article must have been supplied to the WSJ writer by Big Pharma as this was nothing more than a promotional spot for why we should be vaccinated against the flu.

Fake News: The flu vaccine has NEVER been shown to protect those aged 65 and older. And, 79,000 dying from the flu last year?

No way.   The CDC annually gins up the number of deaths from the flu by reporting pneumonia and flu deaths as one number. Then, the CDC reports this number as the total dying from the flu.

The number who die from the flu range from a few hundred to a few thousand per year. Since the flu vaccine does not prevent pneumonia, and pneumonia deaths vastly outnumber flu deaths sometimes 20-40x, there is simply no reason to lump the numbers together unless you want to unnecessarily scare the population into getting a flu vaccine.

The flu shot has NEVER BEEN SHOWN TO REDUCE SERIOUS COMPLICATIONS SUCH AS PNEUMONIA OR HOSPTILIZATION FROM INFLUENZA INFECTION IN CHILDREN, HEALTHY ADULTS AND THE ELDERLY!

New “Fight For Kids” Site Launched to Inform Parents and Protect Children from Documented Psychotropic Drug Risks

With documents revealing an astounding 622,723 U.S. children aged 0-5 prescribed powerful mind-altering drugs, a mental health watchdog launches campaign to Fight For Kids right to grow up label and drug free.

The innovative website resource for parents faced with children labeled with a “mental” or “learning disorder,” provides them with facts about adverse effects of treatments being recommended to minors.

Recognizing that parents and other caregivers often have to sift through considerable misinformation about mental health treatment to get facts about potential risks, the “Fight for Kids” (FFK) website, produced by the mental health watchdog Citizens Commission on Human Rights International (CCHR), has streamlined this, providing a definitive resource that cuts to the chase when it comes to drug and other treatment damaging effects.

CCHR International says the drugs are being prescribed like candy, despite many of them scheduled by the Drug Enforcement Administration as high risk for abuse and addiction. The group says the FFK website is necessary because few parents know that psychiatric drugs are not like general medicine prescribed to treat physical diseases. There are no physical tests to confirm a psychiatric diagnosis which is based largely upon non-medical opinions about behavior.

New York Judge Re-Admits Expelled Disabled Student Missing Single Vaccination

A New York State court granted a temporary restraining order, re-admitting disabled student Ameer Hamideh to school at the CHC Learning Center here, according to Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) which supported Ameer’s case.

Nine-year old Ameer became an unwilling national story when he was expelled from school at CHC in October because he lacked a single mandatory vaccine for school attendance.

Ameer has numerous neurological impairments, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and a seizure disorder. He has received all vaccinations required to attend school, with the exception of a fifth dose of a pertussis (whooping cough) Tdap vaccine.

Ameer was expelled even after his life-long treating pediatric neurologist submitted a medical exemption to the school. He was expelled because the New York State Department of Health opined that the medical exemption should be denied.

Because of Ameer’s previous severe reaction to the DTaP vaccine—most recently a grand mal seizure that sent him, uncontrollably screaming, to the hospital—his parents Ali and Orooba Hamideh followed the advice of Ameer’s physician to not give him an additional dose.

ICAN took up the family’s cause and turned its team of attorneys to the case, which pointed out—among other things—New York state law allows any doctor to provide a valid medical exemption, and does not provide the Department of Health the authority to overrule that exemption.

Monsanto Loses Millions as Indian Cotton Farmers are Switching Back to Indigenous Seeds

Monsanto is making the news these days for losing. They have lost three court cases in which Roundup has been linked to cancer. In India, they are losing, too. After years of pushing a strain of Bt Cotton, Indian farmers have had enough and are switching back to native seeds for the cotton industry.

It’s been a hard road for cotton farmers in India dealing with Monsanto. To begin with, Monsanto illegally began open field trials of its GMO Bt cotton in 1997 and announced it would begin selling seeds the following year.

In turn, the Indian Supreme Court would not allow the biotech giant to sell seeds until 2002. Since then, over 300,000 Indian farmers have committed suicide.

It is believed that many of these suicides were linked to major debts incurred by the systematic control of Monsanto and Bt cotton. Expensive seeds and the pesticides needed can only be bought from Monsanto. The agricultural ministry of India stated, “Cotton farmers are in a deep crisis since shifting to Bt cotton. The spate of farmer suicides in 2011-12 has been particularly severe among Bt cotton farmers.”

Monsanto’s Bt cotton seeds have been dubbed “Seeds of Suicide” by residents in India.

And now, India is waking up and ready to fight back.

The Indian government has begun to promote the use of native varieties of cotton, seeds more specific to each area. In the time that farmers have begun switching back to indigenous seeds, Monsanto has seen a loss of $75 million.

Recording Surfaces of Illinois Department of Health Planning to Medically Kidnap Newborns from Parents Who Refuse Vitamin K Shot at Birth

Earlier this year (2019) the Chicago Tribune reported on a federal lawsuit where parents sued several doctors at three hospitals and DCFS for medically kidnapping their newborn infants simply for refusing the Vitamin K shot at birth.

Megan Fox, writing for PJ Media, has published a recording from an April 12, 2018 meeting of the Perinatal Advisory Committee (PAC) that operates under the Illinois Department of Public Health.

In the recording, health officials that apparently include doctors and possibly nurses who are authorized to give the Vitamin K shot to newborns, discuss how they can work together with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to take custody of newborn babies from parents who refuse the Vitamin K shot at birth.

The members of the Health Department basically conclude that since it is DCFS policy to mandate the Vitamin K shot, that medical professionals have the authority to take custody of the child and administer the Vitamin K shot over the objections of the parents, even without DCFS involvement. Such “custody” can be as little as only “2 minutes,” the time it takes to give the shot.

So basically Illinois Health Department officials decided in a meeting that they had authority to take a child away from the parents, without DCFS involvement, without parental approval, and with no court or judge’s order to take custody, and forcibly inject the newborn child with the Vitamin K shot.

Western Pharmaceutical Companies using People in India as Human Lab Rats to Deliberately Infect with Diseases to Develop New Vaccines

An opinion article in The Sunday Guardian by Jacob Puliyel, MD, focuses on the plan to conduct unethical medical experiments in which  human beings are deliberately infected with infectious diseases in order to develop possible vaccines. These experiments are classified as “human infection model”. They are to be conducted first, in India, a population that the pharmaceutical industry very often exploits with impunity.

Such experimentation on human beings crosses the line of permissible medical experiments as defined in the Nuremberg Code. Such a development should raise loud alarm bells because it signals a return to ghastly human experimentation made possible by the collusion of government with the chemical/ pharmaceutical industry.

FDA Approves New High-Dose Flu Shot for Adults 65 Years of Age and Older with Many Side Effects and Unknown Efficacy

Earlier this month (November, 2019) the FDA approved the Fluzone® High-Dose Quadrivalent influenza vaccine produced by Sanofi Pasteur Inc.

Fluzone is approved for adults 65 years old and above.

The package insert for the new Fluzone®High-Dose Quadrivalent flu vaccine states that there was one clinical study conducted to evaluate the safety of this new high dose flu shot for seniors.

The study did not compare the new flu vaccine to a placebo, but to previous versions of the Fluzone vaccine.

Both study groups (the older flu vaccine and the newer one) suffered serious adverse events (SAEs).

According to the package insert of the new Fluzone® High-Dose Quadrivalent influenza vaccine, there were no efficacy studies done on the new flu vaccine.

The single study that was conducted compared the safety and immunogenicity of Fluzone High-Dose Quadrivalent to those of Fluzone High-Dose.

For a measure of effectiveness, they simply quoted the results for the older Fluzone High-Dose vaccine.

The relative efficacy of the older study for primary endpoints ranged from 11% to 27.4%. The secondary endpoint had an efficacy rate of 51%.

Again, this study was not for the new flu vaccine just approved by the FDA, but for the older flu vaccine against specific virus strains.

The new vaccine added a new strain, but this flu vaccine will not even be available until the 2020-2021 flu season.

Everything here comes straight from the manufacturers package insert for the flu vaccine, a package insert you are not likely to have access to if you were to walk into a drug store like Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, and others and request to see before receiving a flu shot.

And for simply printing facts like this that are easily found online (the FDA government website is required to have vaccine package inserts online), we have been branded by the corporate media watch dogs as “fake news.”

FDA Rigs Process Against Estriol, Other Bioidenticals

We’ve said before that the FDA is stacking the deck against bioidentical hormones; now it seems incontrovertible. Time is running out for the natural health community to mount an effective defense of estriol and other compounded, bioidentical hormones from an FDA ban. Please take action by signing our petition to the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) study committee, urging them to consider ALL of the evidence in determining the clinical utility of compounded bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (cBHRT).

To briefly recap where we are: estriol and other bioidentical hormones have been nominated to the FDA’s Demonstrably Difficult to Compound List; items that appear on the list when it is final will no longer be able to be made at compounding pharmacies. The FDA convened a NASEM committee to study the clinical utility of treating patients with cBHRT; the findings of this committee will be used by the FDA to make a final decision on the fate of estriol and other compounded hormones.

NASEM has conducted several public meetings to date on cBHRT. During these meetings, the FDA invites experts to present to the NASEM panel, and to us it seems that the FDA is stacking the deck against compounded BHRT. What’s also clear is that the NASEM committee members lack a fundamental understanding of how cBHRT is used to treat menopause, meaning that committee members are susceptible to the FDA’s bias.

Michigan Law School Professor: Parental Rights Attorneys Too Often Give Up Instead of Fighting

For the past few weeks, I’ve been reading transcripts from child protective hearings. Hundreds of pages of transcripts. I’ve seen examples of clear legal errors. I’ve read many lines of parents’ lawyers grumbling and complaining. I’ve read even more of those lawyers simply agreeing to whatever the agency is proposing.

I’m still waiting, though, to see one key phrase in the transcripts. I’m waiting for one lawyer to say it.

“I object.”

In fact, in the six years I’ve co-directed the Child Welfare Appellate Clinic at the University of Michigan Law School, I’ve rarely seen that phrase in a transcript. I’ve rarely seen motions filed by parents’ lawyers, even when confronted with obvious mistakes. I’ve rarely seen a hint of outrage about the process.

Instead, I usually see very little advocacy. I’m typically struck by the acquiescence of the lawyers in the courtroom.

If you have read the opinion pieces in the New York Times, Washington Post or listen to television commentators, you will be left with the impression that there are no evidence-based facts to offer a legitimate challenge to the assumption that all vaccines are effective and safe.

Nevertheless there is a large group of board certified pediatricians, immunologists, toxicologists and research scientists who have reviewed volumes of peer-reviewed literature to support their criticisms of what the media wants us to believe.

But you will never see anyone from this group cited in mainstream publications or invited on multimedia. Rather, the media has created the illusion that only a small group of activist parents and renegade physicians oppose vaccines.

Is There an Arizona and Mormon Connection to Child Trafficking in Arkansas and Senator Linda Collins-Smith's Murder?

The guest interviewed on the show was Kathy Hall. Kathy is a grandmother who was living in Arkansas when her daughter was tragically killed by a hit-and-run vehicle being driven by an illegal alien.

Her daughter left behind a young child, and Kathy has been fighting to get access to her granddaughter ever since. Getting no help from attorneys in Arkansas, Kathy turned to an Arkansas State Senator, Linda Collins-Smith, to help her get her granddaughter back.

The two became close friends until Linda Collins-Smith was murdered in Arkansas, within hours after returning from a week-long trip to Arizona, where she was reportedly investigating child trafficking.

Kathy then found out through a Social Media post that her granddaughter had already been adopted out to a Mormon family who then left the State of Arkansas and moved to Wisconsin.

The attorney who allegedly arranged the adoption was Paul Petersen, an adoption attorney who was also the Maricopa County Assessor in Arizona, and who has since been indicted on federal charges in three states, including Arizona and Arkansas, for human trafficking.

FDA Renews Attack on Homeopathy

Recently, the FDA announced the withdrawal of Compliance Policy Guide 400.400, a document that had been in place since 1988 and which established the agency’s enforcement policies regarding homeopathic medicines.

In its place, the FDA has issued a revised draft guidance declaring all homeopathic drugs are being marketed illegally.

We must fight back against this attack on homeopathic medicine.

CDC Paid Maryland $123 Million to Promote Gardasil Vaccine as Requirement for School Attendance

The Maryland Prevention and Health Promotion Agency (PHPA) has received millions — $123 million just between 2012–2017 — as part of an effort to require public schools to force children to get the human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccination. Those funds came in the form of grants from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The CDC maintains a nonprofit foundation that gets enormous amounts of money from Big Pharma — including Merck, the company that produces Gardasil, the HPV vaccine. At the very least, Maryland’s acceptance of those funds has the appearance of impropriety.

During a PHPA-hosted “HPV symposium” attended by state pediatric practices and Maryland Department of Health staffers in March 2018 at Ten Oaks, Maryland, the featured speaker — Dr. Alix Casler — encouraged attendees to offer free dinners, bottles of wine, and “Quality Doctor Incentives $” sales bonuses to get Maryland physicians on board with the HPV vaccine-pushing program. Dr. Casler offered a $5,000 cash payment to pediatric practices that achieve targeted HPV vaccine sales goals.

Dr. Casler is a paid spokesperson for Merck — to the tune of more than $59,000 just between 2013 and 2016, according to data compiled by ProPublica.

In 2016, the Maryland Partnership for Prevention — which lists the Maryland Department of Health as its top member — accepted $70,000 from the Association of Immunization Managers (AIM). AIM’s top “Corporate Alliance Members” are Merck, Pfizer, Sanofi Pasteur and Seqirus. That same year, legislation was introduced in Maryland to mandate the shot.

In the U.S., only three jurisdictions have made HPV vaccination mandatory: Rhode Island, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Clearly, based on the money and other incentives being injected into our public-health policy system, Big Pharma would love to see Maryland become the fourth to do so.

Remembering Law Professor Phillip E. Johnson (1940-2019): The Man Who "Lit the Match" for Intelligent Design

Law Professor Phillip Johnson passed away on November 2, 2019 at the age of 79.

I became aware of Professor Johnson in 1991 with the publication of his book, Darwin on Trial.

Johnson’s book was highly controversial, and changed American culture. In the early 1990s when he wrote this book, it was career suicide for anyone in academia to take a position against Darwinian evolution, and most of the criticisms of Darwin were found in religious circles under the teaching of “Creationism.”

It took a law professor like Phillip Johnson, who was not part of the field of biology or other natural sciences, to write a scholarly critique of Darwin’s theories without the threat of censorship, loss of funding, or losing tenure at a major U.S. University.

As a law professor at the prestigious University of California Berkeley, his voice demanded to be heard, as he took a legal approach to examine the evidence of Darwin’s theories.

Many believe that his foundational book, Darwin on Trial, was the beginning of the modern day “Intelligent Design” movement.

Intelligent Design separates itself from “Creationism” as it looks at the scientific evidence in the field of origins, and draws conclusions based on the scientific evidence, without relying on any religious teachings. It concludes that the science points to an intelligent design in nature, and leaves the question of “who” the designer is to religion.

Federal Judge in Texas Fines CPS $50K a Day for "Shameful" Foster Care: CPS has "Lied to me at almost Every Level"

A federal judge in Texas appears to be getting fed up with Texas government officials who are delaying in abolishing the State’s foster care and child protective services agency and establishing a new one.

This week she started fining the state $50,000.00 a day for not implementing the reforms she ordered back in 2015 when she ruled that the Texas foster care system was unconstitutional.

In her original ruling, Judge Jack wrote:

“Texas’s PMC (Permanent Managing Conservatorship) children have been shuttled throughout a system where rape, abuse, psychotropic medication, and instability are the norm.”

Rather than comply with her ruling, however, the State of Texas wasted taxpayer funds in fighting against the injunction.

Now, Judge Jack is apparently tired of waiting, and has announced fines of $50,000.00 a day which will double in the near future if the State does not comply with her orders.

Earlier this week she said that she no longer finds the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services “credible” and that the state has “lied to me at almost every level.”

During the hearing, Jack scolded officials with DFPS who testified because they could not answer questions concerning the conditions in placements for foster care children.

NYPD Seizes 100 lbs. of Legal Organic Hemp Grown in Vermont from FedEx Vehicle - Claim Big Drug Bust

Hemp, the non-psychoactive cousin of marijuana that has been legal for sale in the U.S. for many years, and was recently given clearance to now be grown in the U.S. also after the passage of the last Farm Bill, was recently seized by New York police from a FedEx truck where it was bound for a shop that makes CBD products used by millions of people for things like pain management.

The 106 lbs. seized by NYPD was certified organic and a very high quality variety, and its seizure could put the Vermont growers out of business, as its value was over $17,000.00.

$10M Lawsuit Filed in New York Against Motels that Allegedly Allowed Child Sex Trafficking of Foster Children

Andrew Denney and Gabrielle Fonrouge of the New York Post have reported on a $10 million lawsuit filed recently alleging that a 10-year-old foster girl was raped, tortured and beaten as she was sold for sex at two New York motels while staff turned a blind eye to what was happening.

The young girl was trafficked through motels, according to the lawsuit, with the full knowledge of the motel staff who did nothing to try and stop this kind of sex trafficking of children.

According to the NY Post article, 45% of all sexual exploitation in New York City happens in hotels.

To understand the scope and depth of this problem of foster care children being sexually trafficked, go to an Internet search engine and search for law firms that specialize in representing foster care children who are sexually trafficked.

You will have plenty to choose from. It is apparently a tragic booming business for attorneys.

Government Watchdog and Public Interest Groups to CDC: Stop Falsely Claiming Not to Accept Corporate Money

Public health, government watchdog and public interest groups today petitioned the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to cease making false disclaimers that it “does not accept commercial support” and has “no financial interests or other relationships with the manufacturers of commercial products.”

The CDC makes such disclaimers hundreds of times in its publications and on its website, despite that the National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has accepted for it nearly $80 million from drug companies and other commercial manufacturers during fiscal years 2014-2018.

The petition states: “These claims may be comforting to consumers and health professionals, but both are indisputably false.” Groups endorsing the petition include Knowledge Ecology International, Liberty Coalition, Project on Government Oversight, Public Citizen and U.S. Right to Know.

“It’s time for the CDC to be truthful with health professionals and all Americans, and to stop denying that it takes corporate money,” said Gary Ruskin, co-director of U.S. Right to Know. “The CDC is violating the public trust by misleading us in this way.”

Medical Doctor Discusses New Research on Cannabis

Dr. Allan Frankel, a board-certified internist at GreenBridge Medical in Santa Monica, California, has treated patients with medical cannabis for the past 13 years.

Frankel is particularly excited by the discovery of a new cannabinoid molecule, tetrahydrocannabivarin or THCV. While very similar to THC, which is the psychoactive part of marijuana, THCV is not psychoactive, but can still induce a sense of “focused euphoria.”

Dr. Brownstein: "Measles Amnesia" is False Science - Natural Immunity Superior to Vaccines

Measles has become the cause célèbre for conventional medicine and mainstream media in order to convince us that we need the measles vaccine. Furthermore, the Powers-That-Be are using everything they can about measles to stop any anti-vaccination talk.

The new scare is “measles amnesia.”

The New York Times (NYT 11.1.2019) article on this subject is titled, “Measles Can Kill Memory Used by Immune System.” The NYT was referring to two new studies published October 31, 2019 that show that measles infection can cause lasting harm to the immune system. The NYT claims the measles infection “…erases that memory leaving the patient prone to catching {previous} diseases all over again.”

Since the studies were released on Halloween, that is truly scary stuff!

IF it were true.

Is the Arizona Human Trafficking Council Preventing Child Trafficking, or Facilitating it?

Our guest for this show was Lori Ford, the head of the DCS Oversight Group, which is a group of volunteers who attend meetings regarding Department of Children Services issues in Arizona.

The group also has “court watchers” who attend Dependency Court hearings as parent advocates and to observe how these parents are being treated in Dependency Court.

When asked why the members of the group provided their services to families and others free of charge, she replied:

“The reason that we do this, is it’s so important. This is the future of our country, the future of our nation. And family means everything to all of us.

So that’s why we do it. We see so many rights being violated in this dependency court system.”

This past week (Tuesday, October 29, 2019), the Arizona Human Trafficking Council conducted a meeting that was open to the public, and Lori Ford and other members of the DCS Oversight Group attended.

Lori addressed the Council, pointing out that while the Council had exposed websites that trafficked kids, such as BackPage.com, which was shut down by the FBI last year, that the Council had not addressed another website in Arizona that trafficks kids, the DCS .gov website: “Children’s Heart Gallery.”

“The children who are on this Heart Gallery, which is part of the DCS website, are children that are in DCS custody. They’re foster kids, they’re kids in group homes.

This is a forced adoption, a forced re-homing if you will, website, of children who are in DCS custody.

They’re pimping out kids online.”

Why This Yale Scientist Believes the TIMING of Vaccines is Harming Our Children

Heather Zwickey, a Yale-trained scientist who is currently Dean of Research and Graduate Studies at the National University of Natural Medicine and Director of the Helfgott Research Institute, has done original research to develop vaccines. Zwickey earned her Ph.D. in immunology and microbiology from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, and did a postdoc at Yale Medical School.

When I interviewed her while doing research for one of my books, Zwickey explained that she was staunchly in favor of some kind of vaccine program. Her scientific concerns are not about vaccines in general, but about the timing of the current childhood vaccine program.

Zwickey explained why: A newborn’s immune system can’t mount an effective response to diseases or to vaccines because it is protecting the baby’s brain, which would be damaged by a full-fledged immune reaction. So newborns rely on their mother’s antibodies, which they get in breast milk, to give them the immune cells and proteins needed to combat infections.

Philadelphia School Officials to Start Home Visits of Children not Vaccinated

School officials in Philadelphia are reportedly prepared to start doing home visits for students that have not provided medical records showing that they are up-to-date on their vaccines.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports:

“Over the summer, parents of Philadelphia students got phone calls, text messages, and letters reminding them to have their children vaccinated. By Monday’s deadline’s for immunizations, the district may start planning home visits to families that have not provided medical records or sought exemptions.

District officials on Thursday said they want to minimize the number of students who are excluded from attending school for vaccine-related reasons. This year, students were given 60 days to provide their records or obtain a religious, medical or philosophical exemption.”

Big Pharma's Attack Against Ayurveda Medicine with its 3000 Year History and 450,000 Doctors Practicing Today

Alongside Traditional Chinese Medicine, Indian Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest medical systems still widely accepted and practiced today.

It has managed to thrive and flourish for at least three millennia and has built up an enormous body of diagnostic methods and treatments for a wide variety of mild to life-threatening illnesses and diseases.

Evidence-based medicine has yet to fully explore its riches. Unlike modern conventional medicine that dominates our healthcare, Ayurveda is a “whole” medical system that goes beyond standard disease management, but also incorporates sophisticated ways to sustain health, prevent physical disorders as well as balance the body and mind to promote wellness. 

Approximately 500 million Indians rely upon Ayurveda for their healthcare.

In 1971, the Indian government established standards for Ayurveda education while recognizing the invaluable contributions this ancient medical system has made to prevent and treat a wide variety of diseases.

According to statistics recorded by the Association of Ayurvedic Physicians in India, the nation’s largest Ayurveda organization, India is now home to about 250 Ayurvedia colleges and teaching institutions and graduate approximately 12,000 doctors annually.

The Association is affiliated with the medical school at Hindu Benares University in Varanasi, often regarded as India’s equivalent to Oxford. It is estimated that across the country, there are nearly 450,000 registered Ayurvedic practitioners. 

Western pharmaceutical-based medicine and their media propagandists such as Wikipedia, however, refers to Ayurveda as “fringe medicine and science” and “conspiracy theories.”

Study: Lauric Acid from Coconut Oil Proves a Promising Weapon in the Fight Against Antibiotic Resistant Infection with Severe Burns

Lauric acid, found predominately in coconut oil, may be a powerful tool in the prevention of infection and promote wound regeneration in severe burn patients, according to a recent study. Along with research that has previously shown the effectiveness of the use of lauric acid in combatting barrier-disrupting issues, the future for the use of saturated fatty acid in inhibiting infectious Gram-positive microbial bacteria and in skin barrier restoration is promising.

A mere thirty years ago patients who had sustained burns over 50% of their body were given little to no hope of survival, a history which stands in stark contrast to the current status where people who have sustained burns covering even ninety percent of their bodies are now capable of recovery, albeit often with serious disabilities. 

The increase in survival rates is directly related to the advances made in specialized burn care by the medical community, with better fluid resuscitation, nutritional support, pulmonary care, wound care and infection control playing critical roles.

Still, in patients whose burns cover over 40% of the entire body, approximately seventy-five percent of deaths are largely attributable to sepsis from infected wounds or complications derived from infection. 

Because the damaged tissue, which in its healthy state would act as a protective barrier, is seriously compromised in burn victims, topical antibiotics are necessary in keeping the moist wounds from becoming hotbeds of infection. The increase in antibiotic-resistant bacteria strains is creating a necessity for researchers to identify substances that are both antibacterial and regenerative.

Lauric acid, with its anti-viral and anti-microbial properties, is one such substance that researchers are hopeful may fit the above criteria perfectly. 

Will the FDA Make Human Feces an Expensive Probiotic Drug?

The FDA is holding a public hearing on the use of fecal microbiota transfer (FMT) to treat a bacterial infection. Are they paving the way to hand FMT to Big Pharma?

The FDA announced a public meeting for November 4 of this year. The stated purpose of the meeting is to gather scientific information regarding the use of FMT to treat Clostridium difficile (C. diff) infections that are resistant to standard therapies.

We fear that the FDA will use this tragedy to turn FMT into a drug, turning an inexpensive treatment into a pharmaceutical money maker.

Tampa Bay ABC Investigation Uncovers Medical Kidnapping of Seniors Throughout Florida with State Guardianships

The state of Florida, home to many seniors who have retired in that state, has had numerous investigations this year by local media outlets in the state’s guardianship program that takes away the civil rights of senior adult patients, allowing them to seize their estates, and in at least one high-profile case, even issue a “do not resuscitate” order without involving the patient’s family.

Now one local media outlet out of Tampa Bay, ABC Action News WFTS, has conducted a three-month investigation that uncovered numerous examples of hospitals in Orlando, Miami, West Palm Beach, Naples and other Florida cities paying private attorneys to file hundreds of court petitions to put patients into guardianship.

An I-Team review of state court records found:

Tampa Bay area hospitals, including those owned by Baycare, AdventHealth and HCA, went to court to put more than 100 patients into guardianship since 2017 alone.

Tampa General Hospital filed five nearly identical court documents seeking guardianship for patients, describing each as having “disorganized thinking and poor cognition.” A hospital spokeswoman said TGH spent $28,000 on guardianship cases so far in just 2019.

An attorney for Florida Hospital Altamonte requested guardianship for a patient because her “Kia Soul that was almost paid off… may be repossessed.”

Nationwide, government guardians oversee an estimated 1.3 million adults and $50 billion of their assets.

Whooping cough outbreak among vaccinated in California: LA Times

Many U.S. government and health officials have avoided addressing rising incidences of infectious disease outbreaks among vaccinated children. These officials choose instead to stay on the vaccine industry narrative of heaping blame on those who are partly vaccinated or unvaccinated.

By failing to tackle the issue at hand– vaccines that are not providing the expected immunity– some health experts say the problem only stands to grow worse.

One of the most recent cases from this past March comes from Los Angeles, California. A private high school there reports nearly 50 students came down with whooping cough (pertussis), even though they were all vaccinated.

According to the Los Angeles Times, none of the students at the school with vaccine exemptions contracted the disease even though they had not received a whooping cough/pertussis shot.

Study: Gardasil Vaccine Linked to Autoimmune Diseases

The powerful government-pharmaceutical industry partnership that has been foisting human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination on girls and boys around the world since 2006 now has working-age adults within its sights.

Merck’s Gardasil 9 received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval for expanded use in the 27-45 age group in late 2018, and there are signs that a campaign is afoot to achieve the same end result in other countries.

HPV vaccines have been linked to over 100,000 reported adverse events globally, including disabling autoimmune conditions and deaths, but officials seem unconcerned. Merck set the tone for the truth-stretching claim that HPV vaccine risks are “negligible” when it conducted its initial clinical trials for Gardasil and dismissed as irrelevant the serious medical conditions that arose—within seven months—in half of all participants who received the vaccine.

In a new study in Pathobiology, two of the most-published researchers on this topic report on the overlap between human proteins and HPV antigens. The authors consider their results indicative of “a cross-reactivity potential capable of triggering an extremely wide and complex spectrum of autoimmune diseases.”

Using cutting-edge molecular biology techniques to look at matching peptide sequences in HPV “epitopes” and human proteins, Kanduc and Shoenfeld examine epitopes from 15 different HPV types, including eight of the nine types included in Gardasil 9.

With 500 micrograms of aluminum adjuvant, Gardasil 9 has more than double the amount of aluminum contained in the original Gardasil vaccine.

FDA Pesticide Report: 84% Fruits, 53% Vegetables, 42% Grains Contaminated in U.S.

Last month the Food & Drug Administration published its latest annual analysis of the levels of pesticide residues that contaminate the fruits and veggies and other foods we Americans routinely put on our dinner plates. The fresh data adds to growing consumer concern and scientific debate over how pesticide residues in food may contribute – or not – to illness, disease and reproductive problems.

Over 55 pages of data, charts and graphs, the FDA’s “Pesticide Residue Monitoring Program” report also provides a rather unappetizing example of the degree to which U.S. farmers have come to rely on synthetic insecticides, fungicides and herbicides in growing our food.

We learn, for instance, in reading the latest report, that traces of pesticides were found in 84 percent of domestic samples of fruits, and 53 percent of vegetables, as well as 42 percent of grains and 73 percent of food samples simply listed as “other.”

Roughly 94 percent of grapes, grape juice and raisins tested positive for pesticide residues as did 99 percent of strawberries, 88 percent of apples and apple juice, and 33 percent of rice products, according to the FDA data.

NY Bill to Require HPV Gardasil Vaccine for Children to Enter School, Daycare

A concerned mom is warning about a New York bill that would require children to get the HPV vaccine before they could attend school.

Under S298/A2912, a child would have to get the vaccine to be able to attend public school or daycare.

“There’s definitely a large concern among the moms I know about this.”

Laura Greenaway is a mom of two girls. She learned of the bill from posts on her Facebook feed, and now she wants to alert other moms.

“It created concern and anxiety for me that this is not a decision that I can make for my own child,” Greenaway said.

She doesn’t believe kids should be required to be vaccinated against human papillomavirus across New York State, and Greenaway is not anti-vaccine.

“My children are all up to date on other vaccines that are tried, tested and true. This is a newer vaccine with very alarming side effects,” she said.

Study: Children with Court-Appointed Special Advocates do WORSE Than Children Without Them

A new study has just been published in the journal Child Maltreatment: The Effect of CASA on Child Welfare Permanency Outcomes.

“The present study is the largest and most rigorous study to date on the effects of being appointed a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) on permanency outcomes of children in foster care.

Overall, children appointed a CASA have significantly lower odds than children without a CASA of achieving permanency. They have lower odds of being reunified, greater odds of being adopted (if not reunified), and lower odds of being placed in permanent kin guardianship (if not reunified or adopted) than children who are not appointed CASA.”

Richard Wexler of the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform writes that this is the second large-scale study done on the effectiveness of CASAs, the first one being published back in 2004:

“Back in 2004, Youth Today revealed the results of the most comprehensive study done to that point concerning the most sacred cow in child welfare: Court-Appointed Special Advocates.

CASAs are overwhelmingly white overwhelmingly middle-class amateurs sent into the homes of people who are overwhelmingly poor and disproportionately of color.  The amateurs then tell judges what decisions to make and, to a frightening degree, the judges rubber-stamp the recommendations.  Though CASAs almost always mean well, their only real ‘qualification’ typically is their white, middle-class status.

What could possibly go wrong?

Plenty, according to that 2004 study.”

Wexler goes on to say that it is time to defund the CASA program.

RoundUp Herbicide Glyphosate Impairs Honeybee Sensory and Cognitive Abilities

A new review of the scientific literature has found that exposure to glyphosate, the active ingredient in glyphosate herbicides like Roundup, impairs the foraging behaviour of honeybee workers and has adverse effects at different levels within the colony.

Key points from the review include:
* In 2015, of the 179.9 million ha of global GMO crop area, about 84% contained crops that carried herbicide-resistant genes. Most GMO crops are engineered for tolerance to glyphosate herbicides.
* Glyphosate herbicides are also used on many non-GMO crops and in non-farm environments.
* Honeybees’ ingestion of food containing high concentrations of glyphosate resulted in a higher proportion of disoriented foragers. Despite this, honeybees continued foraging from resources that contain glyphosate traces. These sublethal effects on their learning abilities could impact not only the foraging efficiency, but also the coordination of collective activities within the colony.
* Honeybees’ ability to establish an association between an odour and a sucrose reward was impaired by an acute exposure to glyphosate.
* There is evidence that glyphosate diminishes short-term memory retention in honeybees.
* Honeybee colonies that are permanently exposed to glyphosate are likely to show a deficit in information propagation and nectar distribution.
* Glyphosate causes changes in gut microbiota and greater susceptibility to pathogens and malnutrition.

Scientists Find Chronic Brain Inflammation in Children With Autism

A recent study out of Tufts University Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts has concluded that, “inflammation may be the main driver behind autism.”​

The areas of the brain most prominently affected were the amygdala, responsible for processing emotions such as fear, anger, and pleasure;​ and the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, which is plays a role in a number of cognitive functions of the brain including memory maintenance, attention, behavior modification, and evaluation of rewards.

In another study published in Annals of Neurology on Oct. 8, 2019, researchers at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center examining brains donated to Autism BrainNet, a non-profit tissue bank, reported finding evidence suggesting that an immune response targeting specialized cells in the brain resulted in chronic inflammation in two thirds of autistic brains analyzed postmortem.

The concept that chronic inflammation is one of the hallmarks of ASD is not new. In 2013, the Journal of Neuroinflammation published an article stated that, “Increasing evidence indicates that brain inflammation is involved in the pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric diseases,” including ASD.​

Pointing out that many children with ASD “regress at about age 3 years, often after a specific event such as reaction to vaccination, infection, trauma, toxic exposures, or stress,” the authors of that article go on to discuss increasing evidence of immune dysfunction/inflammation in ASD and to detail multiple markers of inflammation in the brains and cerebral spinal fluid of children with ASD.

Other evidence of the link between chronic inflammation and ASD is presented in a collaborative study between Johns Hopkins and the University of Alabama that was published in 2014.

Facebook Owner Admits to Congress that They are Censoring Vaccine Safety Information

Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg testified before the House Financial Services Committee in the U.S. Congress on October 23, 2019.

One of the Representatives who questioned Mr. Zuckerberg was Florida Congressman Bill Posey.

Congressman Posey asked Mr. Zuckerberg: “Mr. Zuckerberg, is Facebook able to assure us that it will support users fair and open discussions and communications related to the risk as well as the benefits of vaccinations?”

Mr. Zuckerberg replied:

“What we do, is we try to focus on misinformation that has the potential to lead to physical harm, or imminent harm.

And that can include especially misleading health advice.

If someone wants to post anti-vaccination content, or if they want to join a group where people are discussing that content, we don’t prevent them from doing that.

But what we do, is we don’t go out of our way to make sure that our group recommendation systems try to show people or encourage people to join those groups.

We discourage that.”

Why is her family not allowed any access to her?

Why has the lawsuit against the State and the State officials and agencies who are responsible for letting this happening been stagnant for over a year?

Is the Medical System the #1 Cause of Death in the U.S.?

A new analysis from the British Medical Journal found that one in twenty patients experience preventable harm in medical care settings. The authors point out that patient harm in healthcare is a “leading cause of morbidity and mortality internationally.”

We’ve been saying this for quite some time, and even these troubling numbers might be understating the problem. Gary Null has estimated that conventional medicine is the number one cause of death in America, killing almost 800,000 a year. Others have said that prescribed medication is the third most common cause of death globally after heart disease and cancer.

Skeptics often deride natural medicine as unscientific and ineffective. These claims are of course untrue, but if the same critical eye was applied to conventional medicine, perhaps much suffering and death could be avoided.

Unnecessary Removals: The Most Unjust Adverse Childhood Experience

Removal is child welfare’s most drastic and most protective safety intervention. It should be a last resort for state agencies charged with protecting children from harm.

While there is a strong legal basis underpinning removal’s limited use, there are also clinical reasons to invoke it sparingly.

Dr. Monique Mitchell’s research, as discussed in Does Anyone Know What is Going On? Examining Children’s Lived Experience of the Transition into Foster Care, documents the ambiguity and loss that children suffer the moment they are separated from their parents and how this threatens child well-being.

At removal, children can experience structural ambiguity (e.g., What is foster care?), placement reason ambiguity (e.g., Why am I in foster care?), relationship ambiguity (e.g., Who is this case manager? Who are these foster parents?), temporal ambiguity (How long will this last?), and ambiguous loss (e.g., Why can’t I see my parents?).

These are questions that haunt children moment by moment as they are physically separated from their parents.

The research on the harm inflicted by separating children from their parents is so unambiguous that Harvard Professor of Pediatrics, Dr. Charles Nelson, told the Washington Post,

“If people paid attention at all to the science, they would never do this.”

But we do this as a matter of routine in the name of child protection—more than 250,000 times per year.

Sen. Grassley Slams NIH-Director For Silencing Whistleblower Scientists Sounding the Alarm on Experimental Drug Trials

Silencing honest doctors and scientists who identify harm-producing medical interventions that had been adopted on the basis of flawed research methods, has become a pervasive pattern in medicine; especially in public health where the government has an interest in promoting a treatment, an intervention, or practice guidelines.

A recent example of high level public health officials abusing their administrative authority is the attempt by the Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Dr. Francis Collins and his Principal Deputy Director, Lawrence Tabak, DDS, PhD, who is also the NIH Deputy Ethics Counselor.

They sought to prevent two senior NIH scientists in the Critical Care division of the NIH from providing information to the federal oversight agency, the Office of Human Research Protection (OHRP), about a current unethical NIH-sponsored experimental trial that increased the risk of death for critically ill patients enrolled in the trial.

The Director of NIH and his Deputy violated the First Amendment which protects Academic freedom for employees of public academic institutions. Indeed, the Council of the Assembly of 24 senior NIH scientists objected to the agency’s muzzling effort and declared its support of the scientists’ right to speak.

This aroused the ire of Senator Chuck Grassley.

Mandatory Vaccination Laws Without Exemptions Violate Human and Civil Rights

Right now, there are only two laws that require American citizens to risk their lives. The first is a federal law, the military draft, which requires all healthy male adults to risk their lives in a war declared by the government to protect national security.

The federal government allows adults conscripted for military service, who object to killing other people for reasons of conscience or religious beliefs, to obtain a conscientious objection exemption and perform alternative civil service.

The second law is a state law requiring all healthy children to risk their lives in a war on microbes that doctors declared two centuries ago.

However, unlike adults who are not segregated and denied a school education or medical care for following their conscience and religious beliefs, parents can be punished for following their conscience and refusing to risk their children’s lives in a perpetual war on microbes that, today, the federal government has expanded from the concept of protecting the public health to a more military concept of protecting national “security.”

The military draft in times of war and vaccine mandates are two different laws that legally require healthy Americans to risk injury or death: one law temporarily conscripts healthy adults in what the government clearly defines as an emergency military action; and the other law perpetually conscripts healthy children in a mandatory vaccination program that the government does not define as an emergency military action, but is certainly operated like one.

In the 21st century, the biggest threat to individual and public health is not measles or pertussis or influenza. The biggest threat to our health is the increasingly unlimited authority that doctors exercise over the human right to autonomy and protection of bodily integrity.

New Legislation will Help Communities Control how 5G Gets Implemented

New bills in the House and Senate will roll back FCC regulations that prevent local communities from having input over how 5G networks get installed in their towns. We must encourage our elected officials to support this legislation, and more importantly, urge them to halt the expansion of 5G networks until more safety studies are done.

The federal bills roll back FCC rules that put a strict time limit (90 days) on cities to review small-cell site applications and limit the amount of money cities can charge cable companies for using public infrastructure.

As you’ll recall, 5G networks require installing “small cells” all over neighborhoods and cities. These small cells include antennas, power supplies, electric meters, switches, bundles of cables, and boxes—all strapped to streetlights and utility poles. Some have refrigerator-sized containers on the ground. These cells are supposed to be placed every 500 feet along residential streets and through commercial districts.

The major problem with 5G networks is the radiation emitted by all these small cells. There are already concerns about ubiquitous cell phone usage with current 4G networks; 5G networks exponentially compound these problems.

Christian Churches Redefine the Meaning of "Orphan" to Justify Participating in Child Trafficking

The recent arrest of Mormon Paul Petersen in Arizona, a politician and adoption attorney, has shown the public that religious institutions and churches are a big reason why child trafficking exists today.

Paul Petersen allegedly used his position in the Mormon Church to move to the Marshall Islands as a missionary, learn the local language and culture, and set up a very lucrative adoption business trafficking pregnant women and their babies to the U.S.

The child trafficking business today, which includes trafficking children from outside the U.S. into the U.S. through adoption agencies, as well as trafficking children within the U.S. through the government-funded foster care system, is quite possibly the most lucrative  businesses in the U.S. today, if one includes “legal” ways of trafficking children, as well as illegal ways.

In the Petersen case, for example, his organization was illegally selling babies through adoption for $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 per child.

This is not a problem strictly confined to the Mormon Church, nor to the Catholic Church which has been rocked with scandals regarding pedophile priests.

The biggest religious player in trafficking children today, is probably the Evangelical Church. If the Evangelical Church immediately stopped participating in overseas adoptions, and stopped participating in the government-funded foster care system, it would have a serious impact in stopping the flow of child trafficking today.

When one looks at the rationale used today by the Evangelical Church to participate in government-funded programs that are documented to be involved in child trafficking, we learn that the church is using the term “orphan” incorrectly, and instead of obeying scriptural principles to care for “orphans and widows,” they are actually doing the opposite, by completely denying parental rights and participating in the lucrative child trafficking business.

Dr. Brownstein: The Flu Vaccine is Terribly Ineffective - Causes More Problems than it Helps

Just as you can be sure that the sun rises in the East and sets in the West, you can count on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to encourage everybody to receive the flu vaccine.

However, before you rush off to receive the flu vaccine, let me share some information with you. Last year, while the CDC was heavily promoting the flu vaccine for everybody, the flu vaccine was found to be ineffective for the vast majority who received it.

But, that is not all.

One study found children who receive the flu vaccine are at a 4.4x higher risk of virologically-confirmed non-influenza infections—in other words, they are more susceptible to other common flu-like viral infections.

And, to make matters worse, asthmatic children who receive the flu vaccine have been found to have a 3x significantly increased risk for hospitalization for the flu and flu-like illnesses.

And, just a comment about pregnant women being recommended to get the flu vaccine.

This is ridiculous!

Philadelphia to Investigate CPS Medical Kidnappings and Possible Child Sex Trafficking

Earlier this year we covered the story out of Philadelphia regarding City Councilman David Oh, who presented testimony before the Philadelphia City Council regarding abuses in the state-run child protection services (DHS – Department of Human Services), and how they were continually breaking state law, while not admitting to any wrong-doing.

Councilman Oh states, on the record, that he was threatened when he began looking into cases of CPS abuse:

“There have been threats made, threats intimated, that there will be retaliation, that there will be political consequences – all types of threats.

And I wonder why? Why is that, when all we are doing is our duty to provide an oversight to an administrative agency that is responsible for protecting children.

Why the threat, why the problems?”

According to Megan Fox of PJ Media, the Philadelphia City Council has now passed a resolution to look into the matter.

People’s Veto of Government-Mandated Vaccine Law Officially Qualifies for March Ballot in Maine

We are thrilled to announce that we have officially made the ballot! The people of Maine will be voting yes in March to reject this overreaching and punitive law pushed through our legislature by Big Pharma!

The Maine Secretary of State’s Office notified Mainers for Health and Parental Rights (MHPR) on Thursday that it has certified the petition to repeal the government-mandated vaccine law that was passed by the Maine legislature and will be placing it on the March ballot. According to the Secretary of State, the vote to repeal the law will be Question 1.

LD798 was a hotly contested bill in the Maine legislature that ultimately passed by one vote. 85% of the testimony provided at the public hearing were Mainers who opposed the bill. The bill would eliminate the religious and philosophical exemptions for vaccines and would apply to preschool, K-12 students in public, private, parochial and online schools, higher education as well as daycare and healthcare employees.
