Colorado Mom Fights Back Against Government Tyrants Who Tried to Kidnap Her 2-Year-Old Son – Wins $3 Million Lawsuit
In my over 2 decades as an independent publisher, I don't think there has been another story I have reported on that gives me more satisfaction than this one out of Aurora, Colorado. Danielle Jurinsky, an Aurora city councilwoman, spoke out on a radio program and criticized the city's chief of police, Vanessa Wilson, back in January of 2022. The next day, police chief Wilson's lover, a child welfare social worker, made an anonymous call to Child Protective Services (CPS) falsely accusing Danielle Jurinsky of sexually molesting her 2-year-old son. When CPS opened a case against Jurinsky, the social worker who made the anonymous call, Robin Niceta, requested that she be given the case. Her intent was to apparently take permanent custody of Danielle Jurinsky's two-year-old son. But Danielle Jurinsky was not intimidated, and as she later stated: "You picked a fight with the wrong person!" Jurinsky found out that it was Robin Niceta who made the call, and called her out publicly, which resulted in Niceta resigning from her position. She was later arrested on criminal felony charges, which allowed the local media to report on the story bringing even more pressure to the story. Being in the public spotlight now, other families came forward to report that Robin Niceta had taken similar actions against them. In fact, one of Niceta's reported MOs was to approach a mother under investigation with sexual advancements, and if the mother resisted, she ended up losing her children. So what at first appeared to be just a political retaliation story soon blew up to a systemic problem within the county child welfare department, and soon a local attorney had over 40 families making complaints in what has now become a class action lawsuit. Jurinsky did not stop there, however. While waiting for the criminal trial to begin, which is scheduled for later this year (2023), she filed a $1 million defamation lawsuit against Niceta, and a few weeks ago a judge ruled in her favor, awarding her $3 million in damages.

DOJ and FTC go After Big Tech and Their Apps for Selling Personal Medical Data
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) announced yesterday that together with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) they had reached a settlement with GoodRx Holdings Inc., which markets an online prescription drug app, GoodRx. They settled for $1.5 million after they filed a complaint earlier this month alleging that GoodRx had disclosed millions of users’ personal health information to third parties without the users’ authorization, consent, or knowledge. Rebecca Pifer, writing for HealthCareDive.com, states that this is the first time the FTC has taken action against Big Tech by using the "Health Breach Notification Rule" which was passed in 2010, and signifies the U.S. Government's intent to start going after more online digital health companies who sell users' personal health information without their consent.

Sheriff deputies in Hillsborough County, Florida, arrested a youth pastor and a foster parent this week for sexually trafficking children. Nathaniel Rodriguez and Nicole Rogers reported the story on WFLA in Tampa: Hillsborough County deputies arrested a youth pastor and a foster parent on human trafficking charges involving teenage victims, according to a Friday press release. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said their investigation began on Feb. 9 after a local mother said she found “disturbing content” on her 16-year-old child’s cell phone. Deputies said their suspect, 36-year-old Moises Escoto of Temple Terrace, had first contacted the victim two years ago on an app called Sniffies. Escoto serves as a youth pastor at Iglesia de Cristo Misionera Mahanaim Church on North Amenia Avenue. “It started with, hey I’ll give you gifts and money in exchange for sexual photos and videos,” said Marco Villarreal. “Over time, they started meeting and having secret sexual contact.” According to deputies, the youth pastor also was meeting the teenager in secret and having sex with him. He was arrested by human trafficking deputies on Feb. 9.
2 Years Too Late: Florida Surgeon General Only Now Highlights VAERS Increase in COVID Vaccine Adverse Events – Fails to Call for Halt of COVID Shots

And now 2 years later here in 2023, after 670,987,625 doses of COVID-19 bioweapon shots have been injected into the bodies of Americans, and with people currently receiving COVID-19 shots at the lowest level since they were given emergency use authorizations, Florida's Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo has issued a "Health Alert on mRNA COVID-19 Vaccine Safety" on February 15, 2023 based on the Government's own statistics in VAERS. If people like me and many others have been able to pull these statistics out of VAERS and warn the public for over 2 years now, what took Ladapo so long? And now that he is finally admitting this problem, what is he doing about it? Is he calling for an immediate halt to these killer shots? Is he calling for prosecution of the murderers who implemented these weapons of mass destruction? No, he issued a "scathing letter" to the FDA and CDC "requesting" that they "promote transparency in health care professionals to accurately communicate the risks these vaccines pose." I'm sure the people at the FDA and CDC are shaking in their boots over this letter.
No Vaccine No Food? Grocery Industry Merging with Big Tech and Big Pharma as New App Tracks Drug and Vaccine Purchases Along with Food
Big Food is making its move into the "digital health space" as grocery chain giant Albertsons announced the roll-out of its "Sincerely Health" platform along with a new app where customers "can connect data from wearables, integrate prescriptions, design their diet and make telehealth or vaccination appointments." Albertsons, which includes other mega grocery chains such as Safeway, Vons, Shaw’s, Jewel-Osco, Acme and Tom Thumb, among others, is currently in talks to merger with Kroger, another mega grocery chain, which would give them 36% control over the grocery supermarket business in the United States. Walmart, the largest grocery chain in the U.S., offers something similar, as they recently teamed up with Avanlee Care, which offers caregivers a similar platform integrated with Walmart shopping lists and pharmacy tools. Your grocery purchasing habits have been considered very valuable data for decades now, with most major supermarkets offering things like "loyalty" cards that give discounts on grocery products. But now, Big Food wants to merge that with your Big Pharma purchases as well, which would include prescription drug purchases as well as vaccines. It's not difficult then to see just how Big Food can now potentially use this data against you. These apps that combine your drug, vaccine, food, and doctor appointment purchases could easily be used in the future to prevent you from accessing these purchases if you do not comply with their requirements, such as being up-to-date on your vaccines. Those who receive government aid, such as food stamps, Section 8 housing, Medicare/Medicaid, etc., could all be tied into the information you provide on these apps. Don't do it! It is not worth the rebates or food coupon discounts you receive if you have to surrender your personal data to receive such "benefits."
UNICEF’s History of Using Disasters to Vaccinate Children with the Oral Polio Vaccine that Spreads Polio
The United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) is the world's largest distributor of vaccines to children internationally. Unlike the U.S. where most parents are brainwashed by the corporate media and the western allopathic medical system into believing that vaccines promote healthy children, many parents in poorer, developing countries are very wary of western vaccines, and resist them. When disasters strike these countries, as is happening today in Syria and Turkey, UNICEF is there to vaccinate as many children, and parents, as possible. The #1 vaccine that UNICEF gives to children in disaster areas, is the oral polio vaccine (OPV), which is banned in western countries like the U.S., because it is known to "shed" and actually cause polio. The fact that the oral polio vaccine spreads polio, is not even a fact that is denied, as it has been published in the medical literature for over 2 decades now. At the end of 2019, just before the COVID Plandemic was unleashed upon the world, NPR and other corporate U.S. media sources finally began to publish news admitting that the oral polio vaccine was a failure, and actually causing polio. But that has not stopped the United Nations, and specifically UNICEF, from continuing to purchase these vaccines and give them to children, especially during times of disaster.

On February 8, 2023, while arguing on behalf of fired NYC workers who declined covid vaccination, attorney John Bursch stated in open court that unvaccinated teachers in New York City were flagged with problem codes in their personnel files, and when that occurred “their fingerprints are sent with that flag to the FBI and the New York Criminal Justice Services.” In federal court on February 8th attorney Susan Paulson who was defending NYC stated that educators fired for declining covid vaccination were not removed for misconduct, but rather for not meeting a requirement for employment. If there was no misconduct, why are unvaccinated educators fingerprints sent to the FBI?
CDC Adds EUA COVID Shots to their Childhood Immunization Schedule to Target Poor Families on Government Aid
The CDC has announced today that they have added the COVID-19 "vaccines" to their childhood immunization schedule. The COVID-19 "vaccines" now add another 2-3 doses of vaccines to the 25 doses of other vaccines already on the CDC schedule that can be injected into babies and toddlers during their first 15 months of life. This seems to be the first time in the history of the CDC that vaccines that are not even FDA-approved but only have EUAs (emergency use authorizations) have been added to the CDC childhood immunization schedule. How is this even legal? CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, while appearing before Congress yesterday, was asked why these shots were added to the Child Immunization schedule. She replied that they were added: "ONLY because it was the only way it could be covered in our 'Vaccines for Children' program." The Vaccines For Children (VFC) program is a U.S. Government program to provide vaccines to low-income families receiving government aid through the Medicaid program. Could this be a path the U.S. Government is creating to require lower-income families to have their children vaccinated in order to receive other Government aid benefits, such as food stamps? CDC Director Blames “Misinformation” for Reduced Vaccination Rates of Kindergartners
CDC Director Rochelle Walensky appeared before Congress this week, and blamed "dis and misinformation" for kindergarten children showing up at school without being fully vaccinated. And where could these parents be getting this "misinformation" that is causing them not to vaccinate their children? Maybe they are getting it from the CDC's own Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) which is available to anyone in the public. According to VAERS, there were 77,990 injuries including 263 deaths recorded in 2021 and 2022 following all vaccines. Of those 77,990 cases filed during 2021 and 2022, 61,375 were following COVID-19 "vaccines," including 160 of the deaths recorded. Prior to 2020, for the 10-year period covering 2010 through 2019, there were 120,783 cases of vaccine injuries and deaths recorded in VAERS, or about 12,000 per year. That's an increase of over 200% for vaccine injuries and deaths since the COVID shots were introduced, according to the CDC's own data. Could this be the "misinformation" that Walensky was talking about? Of course Walensky knows all of this, since it is the CDC's own data, so by petitioning Congress and parents to give more vaccines to their children is intent to commit premeditated murder. Why would parents want to avoid that??

Mislabeling Vaccination Deaths for 50 Years
Since last year (2022) I have been warning the public about the new class of "experts" that have arisen since COVID warning about the dangers of the COVID-19 injections, but who endorse and recommend all the other vaccines that have been approved by the FDA for the past 30+ years. So I was very pleased to see an author on Substack, Marc Girardot, dig up some older information previously published by Neil Z. Miller who years ago exposed the fact that infant deaths due to vaccines are never listed on death certificates, because there are no CDC codes for cause of death due to vaccines. Instead, they are labeled as SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). Infant vaccinations have been the likely premier cause of illnesses for over a century.
More Evidence the FDA Works for Pfizer as FDA Asks Pfizer to Submit Cancer Drug for Expanded Approval with Zero New Trials
As the alternative media is distracted by the unfounded claim that Pfizer is using gain of function technology to develop new variants of COVID for future vaccines, Pfizer is quietly working together with the FDA to build their portfolio of drugs to make up for the loss of income due to decreasing numbers of people willing to continue getting injected with COVID shots. The evidence that Pfizer controls the FDA continues to mount. We previously reported how Pfizer virtually came out of nowhere to secure the first FDA authorization for experimental COVID shots in 2020, when the two drug companies that had received the most funding and attention to become the first ones to obtain the FDA nod for a new COVID "vaccine" had been Moderna, with their close links to Anthony Fauci and the NIH, and Astrazenca with its close links to Bill Gates. Pfizer's contract with Operation Warp Speed to receive funding for COVID-19 vaccines was different than the other pharmaceutical companies, because it was conditioned on them gaining FDA approval, and it did not include intellectual property rights for the U.S. government. It appears that this opened the door for them to grant an exclusive deal with Israel in exchange for data on how the experimental shots affected people in Israel, effectively making Israel and its citizens lab rats. And a year before Pfizer became a late entry in the contest to get the first FDA authorization for a COVID shot, Dr. Scott Gottlieb joined the Board of Directors for Pfizer in June of 2019, just two months after he finished his term as Commissioner of the FDA under President Trump. This week, Pfizer reported that they expect the sale of their COVID-19 shots and their antiviral Paxlovid to dramatically decrease here in 2023. But what surprised people in the pharmaceutical industry the most about Pfizer's forecast for 2023, was that in a "mysterious" FDA approval that was not reported in the media at the end of 2022, Pfizer received expanded use approval for their breast cancer drug Ibrance, and reportedly, the FDA is the one who approached them to expand the use of this drug! Is there any doubt anymore about who controls the FDA? Pfizer is the largest criminal organization in the world, and they would not be able to continue earning huge profits without their control of the FDA.
U.S. Has Highest Rates of Infant and Maternal Deaths with Lowest Life Expectancy while Spending More on Medical Care than Other Affluent Countries
The Commonwealth Fund has published the latest edition of their "U.S. Health Care from a Global Perspective" report today confirming what those of us in the Alternative Health media have been reporting for decades: The U.S. medical system is broken. We spend more money on "healthcare" than any other developed country, and yet we have the worst health outcomes among developed countries, including the lowest life expectancy, and the highest rates of mothers and babies dying at childbirth, compared to other wealthy countries. In spite of the U.S. Government spending $trillions on their response to COVID-19 since 2020, the health outcomes only got worse when compared to other affluent countries. Babies born in the U.S. now have the greatest chance of dying at birth, and the lowest life expectancy, when compared to babies born in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. These very poor health outcomes are the result of the most expensive "healthcare" system in the world. What we have in the U.S. is most certainly not a "healthcare" system but a "medical sick-care system" designed to earn maximum profits while keeping people sick as repeat customers.
Holding Children for Ransom: Parents Losing Children because They Cannot Pay Foster Care Bills for Other People to Take Care of Their Children
Is there anything more ridiculous than the fact that our nation's messed up child trafficking system called "foster care" provides funding and training for prospective foster and adoptive parents to take care of other people's children, but that same funding is not available for the biological family to keep their own children? Yes, there is something even more ridiculous, and amazingly, NPR brought this to the attention of the public. In some states, if the state takes away your children and puts them into foster care, they require the biological parents to help pay for the foster parents to take care of their children. And if they don't pay this ransom to the state, they lose their parental rights and never see their children again. That's called "kidnapping for ransom," and it is happening under the color of the law in 12 states.
